I had Steven come on board as my agent this past spring. Steven was great to work with. We had to view dozens of properties , and make a lot of offers that were not accepted. Steven was very diligent about finding more listings that were within my budget, and fit my needs. We finally found a property that the seller accepted our offer. Steven was great at writing the offer, and employed a lot of creative strategies that ended with our offer being accepted over other parties. I also want to point out I am a first time home buyer with the purchase of my new home. Steven also was able to help with the financing of this purchase as well. I would highly recommend Steven. I will plan on using him to represent me in any future real estate transactions.
