Went in around 345 and there was no wait. Erica was fantastic and very friendly! Great service

Best experience ever. They made the "getting the license" so fast and easy. Every person I talked to was kind and helpful. The lady who took the test was nice and helped me de-stress before the road test.

Having moved to Indiana within the last few months, I've been to the Waynedale BMV multiple times. Each time, the wait has been short, the process straightforward and clear. Although most people (and to a limited extent, myself included) dread having to deal with governmental branches, my experience at this branch has always been pleasant and productive.

These are some some amazing people . They are the best of the best and second to none .. If your having problems it's more then likely you not bringing in the right paper work or not at all or your attitude , be nice they will help you ....

It's always a good experience when I have to get something taken care of here. The employees are always friendly and above and beyond helpful. I had a FANTASTIC experience with Brianne today. I got the closing time wrong and was that person who showed up 15 minutes before closing to get a new license. She was so great and her customer service was on point. I enjoyed talking with her and service is always very fast. This is a great BMV.

It was by far the best experience I have ever had with Government employees. In and out, fast, courteous service and completed correctly. Laughed and chatted through the whole process, explaining everything in detail and making me feel like I was important. Fantastic job!

Usually not much of a wait, even if it's crowded. Plus, they have the self service kiosk out front where you can do simple things if you don't want to wait. Pretty clean for a government building.

Very short wait for us. All associates were efficient. Lady who helped my teenage daughter was very nice to us and very appropriate with my daughter.

This is the best location in Fort Wayne. If you don't want to wait in line forever this is the place. Fast and friendly service.

The BMV can get crowded at times as I'm sure most have witnessed. This location moves people through effectively. I arrived last week a couple days before the new year. There were only a couple remaining seats. I watched in awe as the efficient staff moved through the queue. My number was called in 18 minutes, and I know I was there at a busy time, on a busy day. Great job guys. You're under appreciated.

In and out in less than 15 minutes!! Much quicker than you can get service at the Coldwater Branch. Went there on Tuesday @ approx. 4:30pm, and there were 22 people standing outside, waiting to go inside and get taken care of. What a joke...the line was moving so slow, that I decide to leave. Sure am glad I went to the Waynedale Branch. It was also at 4:30pm. Huh....
