I love this Walgreens! Yesterday I requested prescription refills and when I went in this morning the pharmacy was closed. I asked Joyce where the nearest open Walgreens pharmacy was. She called and found the closest one and verified they had the capacity to accept the transferred prescriptions. My prescriptions were busy at the other location is less than an hour! I could get my prescriptions cheaper at another pharmacy, but I’ll always use Walgreens because of the amazing customer service. Thank you!!!

I want to give lots of credit to the pharmacist Vicki. Pharmacies and drugstores are under so much pressure, in these challenging times. Pharmacist Vicki might have saved my life. She was questioning a prescription, I’m in their computer showing allergic to penicillin. She said you do know that this prescription there is a potential problem with it if you’re allergic to penicillin. I said I know, they told me that it was a such a small percentage of issues. And then she looked at me like really and I said you know to be honest, I wasn’t comfortable with it either. Then she proceeded to ask me what happens to me when I’m exposed to penicillin. And I said that my throat will start to swell. She said I cannot dispenses to you. She said you need to call your doctor and because there’s so many other options besides this.
She said they have to have a doctor on call, and I would if I was you, call them.
As busy as they are she took time and personal attention to me. I am so beyond grateful, her conscientiousness, wisdom and for her taking time with me and explaining things.
Your pharmacy is much more efficient than any others in town from my experience.

Easy and convenient to use when I visit Fort Wayne. Its very clean and a friendly staff both in the pharmacy and the store itself. This is a very busy Walgreens store.
The shelves are well stocked and you can locate what you need easily.

The staff at this location are always friendly. The pharmacy is always helpful and polite. This is my go to place for all prescriptions and other things. Oh and not to mention that they always have great stuff out for Halloween!! I love all the Nightmare before Christmas merchandise they sell.

I have loved Walgreens forever! Just enjoyed Red Nose Day with my family & friends. I just wanted to take a moment and thank Walgreens for letting me take a Red Nose balloon for my very sick grand-daughter. Most kind of you to understand my situation.

This site tried to fill and Rx for my father, but it was not I stock. He needed it within 12 hours. The pharmacy technician called several Walgreens tpool locate one that had the Rx he needed. He much appreciated her going the extra mile. Great service.
