Southway Family Dentistry

My experience at Southway Family Dentistry was far from what I expected. Every staff member that I came in contact with greeted me with a welcoming hello. My dental hygienist, Shannan, made me feel very comfortable and took the time to explain my dental work/dental needs to me, which was a new experience for me! Dr. Buksar was kind and genuine in his interactions and clearly cares for his patients. By far the best dentist experience I have had, I would highly recommend anyone to Southway Family Dentistry!

My clinical experience at Southway Family Dentistry was anything but. It felt like home. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted with warm, friendly smiles that continued throughout my whole experience.

The staff was kind, warm and informative. Dr. Buskar was extremely professional and courteous. They also treated my 5 year old daughter, whom they treated with care and compassion. I would strongly and highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a dental office they can feel at home with.

I absolutely love this place. I myself am a really anxious person when it comes to letting someone work on me but now this is the only dentist that I will ever go to. Great friendly staff. They know you by name and treat you like it as well. They are knowledgeable and in quite a few circumstances they will fit you in the same day if your in pain.

Dr. Buksar was real nice...staff was also nice and polite. Dr was patient with me and explained in detail all my options and removed a partially broken tooth I had without breaking it off. Definitely would recommend to anybody looking for a dentist.

Dr. Buksar and staff were amazing! I had to get all four wisdom teeth extracted, and it was painless and easy. Even the healing/recovery process has been relatively painless. I highly recommend this dental office!

All of the five-star ratings are accurate! I recently moved to Muncie and had to find a new dentist, Google directed me to Dr. Buksar at Southway. The office is easy to find, very clean, and the staff is friendly. Note: they also run on time! My first visit was to get a cleaning and xrays, and my hygenist Shannon was super nice, and very efficient. And gave me a little bag with a QUALITY free toothbrush, floss and mouthwash:) I returned today and had a few cavities filled and just like last time, Dr. Buksar was easy to smile and joke-- and I had zero pain. After numbing the inside of my mouth with topical anesthetic, he expertly injected anesthetic and removed any decay before his assistant Annette took over. Dr. complimented her excellent skill level before she even began, and he was correct-- she also worked extremely efficiently, telling me step-by-step what she was doing, as she was working, and again, zero pain. Annette was also very friendly and informative about my new fillings. I would recommend this dental office to everyone! Thank you, Southway Staff, for a great experience:) ... EDIT: AND Annette just called to check on me before they closed today, wow!

Excellent care and attention to detail. The entire staff is very helpful and friendly. As someone who has always feared trips to the dentist, I can say that I have experienced no pain. Their services are also very affordable.

I just moved to town and needed a new dentist. After doing some research online and reading all the great reviews posted about Southway Family Dentistry, I knew I wanted to check them out. I had Shannon for my hygentist and she was FANTASTIC! She explained what she was doing as she was doing it. Dr. Bucksar was also great. He was very honest but made sure that I was doing okay and took my opinions into account. I'm glad I chose them!

To be fitted for braces, I needed three pre-molars to be extracted. Dr. David was very, very gentle with his care and all three were removed with minimal discomfort.

I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a family dentist. He is affordable, prompt, and very gentle!

Wow!.. Dr. Bursary is very gentle man and nice.. He understood about me being fear & he gave me comfortable... My hygiene Shannon is FANTASTIC & SUPERB!! She's doing good and took some tartar off from teeth..... I suggest you all go to that where we are going to dentist.. They're the BEST staffs plus Dr. Buksar!! I gave them 101.1% rate!

Awesome place to go , even after so many bad experiences with other dentists in Muncie, Indiana. By far great staff, compassionate, understanding, doesn't sugar coat the truth about your options. I'm relieved and happy with my choice and you won't regret it either .😄😊😊😊

The staff are wonderful, friendly people who can remember you by name, genuinely seem to care about your life, and care about your dental health. Prices are incredibly affordable, and they will do what they can to make it work for you. Honestly, one of the best dentists in Muncie.

Dr. Beckett if a very great dentist. I’ve seen several times. Very kind and respectful as well of his staff. Highly recommend.

Couldn't recommend these folks enough. I had an unusual issue during a routine procedure and they were extremely understanding and accommodating, even going out of their way to make me comfortable about my very esoteric fears. 10/10!

Excellent experience if you like your crown to fall off and then they refuse to re attach it. Sorry I had to leave 5 stars so they would not delete my post....

They actually act like they care & dont judge you or make you feel worthless because of your appearance... Good hearted group that i have tons of respect for...
