Have only tried them a few times but they have always met my needs. The service is outstanding and always seem to have the hard to find items the others don’t carry, they just helped me yesterday in repairing an outdoor light timer saving me a ton. Thanks so much for being here on the south side for all of us.

It's nice to have a home improvement store on the south side. Everyone there is very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. A nice selection of a little bit of everything & the prices are fair. The store is always clean & well stocked, the aisles are marked so so can easily find the area you need. There always seems to be an employee close by to help you if you're not quite sure what you need in order to finish or start a project.

Mark helped me with a spare part on my Stihl chainsaw and even taught me a few things about my saw that I didn’t know. This place has great customer service and will go out of their way to take care of you no matter what department you are shopping.

I own a landscaping company in Muncie and live 2 minutes from this store. From the minute I heard Gillman’s was building a store I was super excited. I’m in this store quite a bit and love the store. I’m wondering when will this store start selling and servicing Stihl products? Our landscape season is about to begin and I’m looking forward in using Gillman’s as our place to purchase from.
