Goodwill Store

Thank you to the woman who helped my father download the Lyft app so he could get a ride to the airport, where he was able to get a rental car and drive home to Ohio. He is an over the road trick driver and the nearby Enterprise refused to give him a rental or even a ride to the next rental place. My 65 year old dad had to walk in torrential rain, but he didn't make it to the rental place because the rain was so heavy. He stopped in this Goodwill to wait it out and the lady working there at the time helped him. I'm so thankful to her for showing my dad such a simple kindness. God bless her.

This goodwill is located on west Washington Street and Morris St Great place to shop. Very clean and organized and staff are very polite with a smile

They’re always nice, friendly, store clean

Lots of good stuff here. Can get some good deals. Cashier was not very friendly. Ask a few questions she didn't know answers to any of them and didn't offer to ask another employee or manager. Packed a bag to heavy for me to pick up. Sure acted like she didn't want to be there. Manager finally came up after I had the cashier call for her and that seemed to make her mad. The manager was very friendly and helpful.

I absolutely love Shopgoodwill.com. This is the best kept secret anywhere. Everything I have won the bid has been "like new," yet the prices were less than 1/3 of what it would cost in the marketplace.

The one and only thing I have had a problem with is Natasha Carter, who is over the Orange County Goodwill, and Shopgoodwill.com. She has been quick to disable my account, as well as others who live in a home as roommates, and not related. Even though we have sent explanations, and proof of ID, she has disabled every one of our accounts due to a female housemate who has abused her privileges.

She has disabled our accounts, deleted most of our bids, especially in one specific department that we all bid on many of those items in that dept., however, she doesn't always delete all the bids of the account disabled. Others have opened new accounts, and saw open bids on items not in that specific dept. that had not been deleted. It's as though she knows someone who wants the same things, so disables housemates at the same address, deletes bids in that specific area, and the winning bid is usually way below what it had gotten to. I noticed specifically J**********7 was always winning bids at the lowest winning prices. I reported that specific problem, and amazingly I haven't seen that user name again.

She needs to be investigated, and not be so quick to disable accounts, and delete all of their bids, as well as, barring us as a result from purchasing what we had won the bids. Therefore, time passes the 7 days, and the new account is permanently suspended since there are now items not paid for, [ only because we could not sign in to do so].

Shopgoodwill.com is a fantastic site, and I highly recommend everyone visit. They will 100% find things they are looking, for the best possible prices. The site is the very BEST shopping you can find. Just give it a chance. I promise you will not just like it, you will love it!!!

And..don't forget....you are helping disabled persons, persons looking for training to get employment, etc. Goodwill does so much good all across the United States, and the prices are GREAT!!!

some hipster must have died while in the men's shirts aisle because I found their stash of carefully curated clothes hanging among the oversized dress shirts. I took their stash and bought it for myself. Thanks, Possibly Dead Hipster.

They made sure we all stayed 6 ft apart and every kept their mask up. Even came over the I intercom and made an announcement as to what everyone needed to do to stay safe.

Nice cool place to shop. Great staffing. It's the most organized store I've ever seen.

Good prices decent products very helpful staff overall clean place and get atmosphere

Good quality items for pretty cheap. As with any thrift store, you'll have to sift through some junk, but I've purchased several high-quality brand items for 1/5th of their retail price. You never know what you'll find here, and that's what makes it exciting.

Very clean store n very organized loved it

I did community service here once. Loved the feel of work running through my body once again. But I refuse to shop at this store. As the store is so dirty.
