Manager there is a big fella. He is super rude. Pushy. And everything wrong with sales and why people don't want to go to stores. Stef took care of us and told us we didn't have to spend anything our issue was covered under warranty. See Stef or anyone other than darell

Representative told me how they just cut his hours and I feel sorry for him. "manager" left when I was first getting here and never once said hi. Feel bad for this staff.

Nae was amazing and professional. Even when the store was busy. All staff asked if we were okay and offered water. We're able to assist with all needs including having my phone delivered to their store while I was there. Professional... Courteous.. Awesome

These guys were incredible. They assisted me in every way possible and followed the masks guidelines perfectly. I needed my transaction done quickly and efficiently and thats what AJ did for me. This store is by far the best out of all of the Tmobile stores I have been to over the past few years. I highly recommend both Quinton and Aj and I will be a repeat customer.

AJ was great today. Though he couldn't completely resolve all of the issues I had, he did his best to work around the ignorant, mismanaged, ill-equipped and undertrained company that is AT&T and I walked away with a great phone and a good deal.

AMAZING customer service. I had pretty much given up on getting good customer service from the local stores. Then I came to the Ferguson location and WOW!!!! Sarah blew me away. She was so knowledgable and patient with us. The store only had one of the phones we needed for the buy one get one special, so she offered to go to another store and pick one up.AND have it there for us the next day ---Which was her off day. The next day she took even more time with us helping to set everything up on both phone and even set up my dads google account.
Sooooo, two days later I came back because I was having difficulty with my new phone. Sarah was'nt there and I got nervous. However, Jeff was equally amazing and personable. He also went through great efforts to make sure I was just as comfortable and happy with my new LG as I was with Samsung products. I love this location.

Went to activate the IPad that was purchased as a father's day gift. AJ was extremely helpful and patient with us. He methodically explained the tablet and walked us through the usage. Very professional and personal.
