Came here to purchase a pair of shoes suitable for walking and jogging. I got the feet scan done and was able to find a combination of shoes + insoles that would be the best fit for me. Customer service was excellent and very helpful for someone who hasn’t run in over a decade.

I entered the store only knowing that my recent daily routine of walking 3 miles a day was causing me pain in my left foot. I am 60 years old and had injured that foot in college. I was really impressed with Gaby, she made sure I got exactly what I needed. I felt the computer scanning gave her a clear view of what was going on. She explained what she felt was necessary with confidence and conviction. She suggested a wide shoe which had never occurred to me. I am looking forward to my first walk today with the new shoes. Gaby could easily be a trainer for new employees.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing new running/walking shoes from Fleet Feet. After I entered, I was pleasantly greeted by Derek who then assisted me throughout the process. I have never met anyone more knowledgeable about running and properly fitting a person for the optimal shoe. He used technology that I didn’t know existed to provide key measurements in arriving at his recommendations. After the analysis was complete, I found him to be patient as he had me try on multiple pairs of shoes to ensure I was comfortable and completely satisfied. If you are an experienced marathon runner or a senior who walks for exercise like me, I highly recommend Fleet Feet for your next pair of shoes.

Went into the Fisher Fleet Feet for the first time to purchase the shoes I had in mind. Noah was courteous and prompt with my wants. I left the store in less than 10 minutes which I was very grateful for as I had someone waiting on me. Great experience which I can honestly say that I have the same experience in Tulsa and Broken Arrow. Obviously, this is Fleet Feet training and expectations, customer service first!

I received great service at this location. I didn't have to wait and the person who helped me was very knowledgeable. I found a pair of shoes that are perfect for my feet! The prices are great too!

Luke was amazing. Very patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. My husband and I were there an hour and never felt rushed or pressured. We wished Luke ahd made a commission for his excellent customer service.

If you need new sneakers this is the place to go! After having a scan of my feet I realized I have been in the wrong size sneaker for years and it was starting to effect my runs. Sara was wonderful at helping me find the perfect brand and fit! Highly recommend!

Went in to see what they had. The staff was very welcoming and informative. Scanned my feet and as a result realized I had been in the wrong size shoe. The difference in feel is amazing! I’ll be going back again!

Finally decided to try two new brands (at least to me) with the On Cloud and HOKA shoe brand. I’m 50 years old with feet issues and walk concrete warehouse floors in the range of 15,000-20,000 steps daily. The minute I tried on the HOKA Clifton 9 I was sold!! I couldn’t wait to wear them at work the next day. Thank you Korbin Casey for helping me try on 4 different shoe brands and explaining the differences in them. I believe I chose the right shoe for me.

Fleet feet did a great job getting my son and I fitted for running shoes. Seth took the time to evaluate our feet and watch our gait. He then listened to any concerns or requests we had and matched those to the right shoe and insoles. He then brought out multiples pairs of shoes for us to try on and then took the time to put in the insoles to again compare. We walked out completely satisfied and excited for the next run.

The store manager Seth was very kind and patient, extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect shoe! I deal with a lot of nerve pain so finding a shoe that provides support without triggering pain has been difficult. I was thrilled when I left the store with a shoe that will allow me take long walks this summer! I can't run anymore, but running isn't the only thing that Changes Everything. Bought my last pair of running shoes here - 6 years ago! It was called blue mile back then but I felt I got a great pair of running shoes that lasted until now. Store is now called JackRabbit.

I cannot stress enough the excellent customer service at this location. It was personable and he took time to explain and addressed all my concerns. I will never go anywhere else again. This location is over an hour from me but it is worth the drive.

Always a great selection. Race shoes aren’t normally carried so order ahead of time.

I love how easy it is to go in & out in a timely manor! I also enjoy how helpful, friendly, and fast their employees are.
