I was recommended this place by someone I used to work with and I am SO glad he did. Everyone who works here is so kind and helpful. And I'm the type of person that feels nervous in new situations and places, but they made me feel so comfortable. There's just generally a warm energy in there, it's very welcoming. They'll also answer every question clearly and concisely, they're great at explaining the products to you! Overall, I highly recommend this place. Great products and great people.

My boyfriend and I adore this place. The workers are friendly, knowledgable about the products, and almost always have a dad joke waiting for us when we check out (Tom is especially funny and helpful). It’s a thoroughly pleasant experience on top of reasonable pricing AND their point system is quick-earning. Literally the shining example of how small business should be run :-)

This place is top notch. Their product selection is vast, but their employees and owners are incredibly helpful and insightful in finding what products will help you. These products have been tremendous helping me with anxiety and pain relief. I’m thankful to have these available to me! Truly a game changer.

Personal connections are important to me and it meant a lot when Lois took the time to listen to my questions when I was curious about how I might benefit from taking CBD. I also really appreciate her excitement to educate me on this new (to me) topic.
I believe in continually improving myself and I believe CBD is something that is helping me become a better version of myself.
Next time I plan to pick up some treats for my girl dog because she has some opportunity there also 😀

Could not recommend this store more highly. No matter what your problems or health concerns, this is THE ONLY cbd store to trust! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and understanding with any health concern I have had, and the owner being a registered nurse is a huge plus. Any time I have questions that the staff are unsure of, they call Lois and she gets back with them ASAP. I have never had to wait an entire day for an answer. After shopping here, my family and I will never shop anywhere else for our health needs!

My Golden Retriever has suffered from seizures occasionally for a number of years due to exposure to crop dusting chemicals. She is now 10yrs old and started having severe seizures every 1-2 weeks. I began scouring the internet for cbd treatment for her. I came across My CBD Store-Westfield and read reviews as well as researching the treats themself. We are going on 3 months of no seizures with just one treat a day. So glad I found this store! The staff are all super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend them!

Lois makes this store a home truly! They have a fantastic variety of CBD products and it’s all reasonably priced. I love the atmosphere of the store as it feels like a safe and loving environment 💞 Truly what makes it an amazing store is the wonderful customer service. What a truly adorable and elegant store, it has such charisma and charm. It is run by the kind, helpful, and radiant Ms. Lois. My first time in she made me feel like an old friend. She was more than willing to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for and did not seem the least bit irritated by my billions of questions. She was full of knowledge and information, helping to steer me in the direction of the product that was right for me. Her store is stocked with every type of product imaginable. I visited this store for the second time today, and it’s amazing. Lois is so kind and knowledgeable, and helps guide you to exactly what you need. I was first in this store 3 years ago, and came back today because I remembered my first interaction with her years ago. I have a debilitating autoimmune disease, and am looking to reduce my need for some medications. I remembered that Lois is a nurse, so back to her I went! She understood what my condition was immediately, and helped me select a product to try, and also gave me a sample of CBD oil in store. I’ll be back again soon. Definitely recommend Lois and her shop!
