Sergey of Fox Appliance Repairs was the most responsive of local appliance repair companies. He answered at 7 p.m. and scheduled early next morning. He assessed both the washer and dryer and had his technician back with the parts by 10:15. All repairs complete and running good as new in a short time. I highly recommend Fox!

I HIGHLY recommend Fox Appliance! They have made multiple repairs on a variety of appliances for us over the years. They have always done a great job. Our favorite repairman is named Joey. He is a really nice guy and he knows what he is doing. I would request him if you can!

I highly recommend Fox Appliance. They have gone above and beyond to help my elderly parents in Elwood. After finding out my parents needed help cleaning up a flood from their broken washing machine from her repairman, the owner went herself and cleaned up the mess. With no family living nearby and my 91 year old mother desperately trying to hire someone to help with no luck this act of kindness was truly amazing!!!

Wonderful place! We got a high efficiency washer and dryer in fantastic condition for like a tenth of what we would have paid at Lowe's or Home Depot. They also delivered and installed both for TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS!! Which is amazing! Most places charge you $100 or more just for delivery. They have electric and gas appliances, both new and used, and they're all very clean and in good condition. 10/10 would visit again!

Highly recommend them. Days before Thanksgiving our very old oven went out . Casey went to work looking on the computer for a part. Since is was so old she looked through some parts they had there and was able to get us up going again…saving our Thanksgiving

My dishwasher broke, it was under warranty and this is the place that the warranty company sent to do the repair. After reading the terrible reviews, I was prepared for the worst. But what happened was exactly the opposite. They called me when they were on their way and showed up exactly when they said they would. My dishwasher's issue ended up being multi-faceted, so the first trip did NOT completely fix the problem. They came back a second time (without acting annoyed at being bugged again) and it was determined that parts were needed to do that repair. The necessary parts came and were installed in short order - both the second and third trip were exactly at the scheduled time with ample communication. Everyone I talked to throughout the process was pleasant and courteous.

Technician was able to come out the next day to fix a dryer. He was very professional and willing to answer questions. Also provided useful tips for maintenance. Took the time to take care of everything. Reasonably priced and good service.

Have bought multiple washers, dryers, microwaves, ranges, refrigerators, dishwasher over the last 30+ years from Fox. Excellent family business. Excellent repair and delivery and have needed both. They don’t make the products but they do their best to keep it working.

I had to go through them to honor my Lowe's warranties. It took several attempts to find out what was going on, but they were always on time, always curteous, and my oven and dishwasher are fixed.

Rick and his crew of repair guys is outstanding. If you want something fixed right at a fair price this is the place to go. They go above and beyond what they have to.

Tech showed up for what I was thinking an expensive repair. He fixed the fridge and showed my wife how to prevent that from happening again. Cost...$89 for the service call.
