Super clean store, amazing customer service, probably the most organized store I have seen

This is the best Dollar General I have ever been to! The location is new, and seems bigger than the store they had downtown. It is always clean and well stocked. It's true that they usually have only one register open, which can be a problem when they get very busy. However, the staff is always friendly and ready to help. They also have better prices and deals than their competition who opened a store at their old location. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Great prices, even better sales and specials on all your favorite brands. And the smaller store is definitely more adept at producing shopping trips that are quicker, more efficient and less expensive than a trip to the big box storess/ warehouses. Less is more sometimes 😉!!!

It's a Dollar General store. This one does have cold storage for milk and eggs. Nice addition to a small town. It's also conveniently located on the North end of Fairmount on highway 26.

Went there on 2/6 @ 5:50 and my cashier was fabulous giving me a box for all the Valentine coffee cups I bought and even offered to have some help me that them out; plus she told me about filling out a tax exempt form for the facility I work for at Wesleyan Health and Rehab. KUDOS TO HER!

It's clean, the aisles are big enough for more than one person, bigger variety, one of the better Dollar General's I've been to.

We call it the Fairmount mall. Nice new building.Generally friendly employees, well stocked and very clean. Saves you a trip into Marion.

Very clean place you need help they are there to help you they have lots of items to pick from and they have a little grocery mart inside I go there for my microwave Foods they are awesome for $3 you get a whole meal I will take a picture to show you they are awesome little meals

The store is new, so very clean & typical Dollar General merchandise. The isle ways are wide and the store is kept tidy. My go-to store!

Kind staff and a convenient place to do some last-minute shopping for Memorial day supplies. The cashier was very nice.

The Alexandria Dollar General is my #1 store but the 2nd is Fairmount store. Very nice people
