Customer service is top notch! As the owner helped me find everything I was looking for she was telling me they should advertise and I agree because I didn’t even know they were there! It’s a great hometown hardware store. Great pricing and great service.

The Fairmount Hardware Store is a huge asset to the town. Well stocked with competitive prices. Competent sales people and terrific service personnel. It sure beats the 10 mile drive to the large box store and saves on gas. Nice old fashioned hometown appeal and personal service. Highly recommended!

All around great service and genuine concern for trying to meet the needs of the customer and the community. Owners are great: Frank actually opened after hours before to help out with a plumbing need; Sherry always helps getting someone out on service call; Trent has been out on a Saturday to help get my furnace up and running so I didn't have to go without heat all weekend. Teddy has been out to get my plumbing squared away and make sure all was right so there were no continued issues. Help support this great local family owned business.

Every time I have been there I have had exceptional service. Sherry has been accommodating on everything she had helped me with. Last time I was there, I had no problem returning a seal that I purchased in error. Hope they are in business for a long time.
