Violet was so help during our shopping experience!!! My teenager was looking for pants, which is always so difficult, but we found everything we needed and more! Both of us left with smiles on our face! The other staff there were also friendly and funny! If we lived closer this would be our preferred store! Thank you Violet and team!!!

Probably the most helpful visit to a clothing store ever! Super helpful staff, went out of their way to help my kids and I with back to school shopping and specials they had going on. Ordered the shoe sizes we needed that weren't in stock (they arrived to our home super fast). I wish I knew the girls name that helped us so I could give her kudos.

I just want to say how much I love this store, we always find the best stuff here for school clothes shopping. This particular trip I had an extra anxious kiddo, and violet the associate, went out of her way to not only be helpful,but she was so accommodating to her needs, and solved multiple issues seamlessly. The employee was super helpful. I don’t understand why people say they had bad service. The girl who was helping my grandma and I was so kind and showed us all the good deals and what she could get marked down for us, just such a lovely girl. And really good shoe size and different types of shoe selection especially because I have small feet. But that girl really knew her fashion and found this cute long sleeve primary colors vans long sleeve and got it 50% off love it, and they sell their vans 5$ Cheaper Then the vans store, am now a loyal customer🛍❤

Absolutely loves the customer service at zumiez I have never been to a store where they actually want to be your “friend” essentially. Really does make the experience ten times greater than other branded stores.

Had a very good experience. In particular, the employee Bri I think you spell it was very helpful and super laid back about everything. She was offering me the best deals for my skateboard and overall super nice.

I went into Zumiez to find some new clothes. Codey (looking fresh) helped me. He knew exactly what I was looking for! Got some dope new Lurking Class gear and a badass pair of New Balance. Highly recommend asking for him if available! 🤘

I had a hoodie I wanted a different size of when I went in. They didn't have it but took my return and are shipping the size I do want to my house. Great styles, good selection and nice folks in there.

My girlfriend had a seizure in their store today and I was absolutely dumbstruck in the moment. The owner of this store helped me and my girlfriends family get to the hospital because they saw me panicking. Please buy something from this Godsent store.
