Beyond a doubt the most wasteful, slow and demeaning governmental building I have EVER dealt with. 10 months for permits, no one answers calls, emails go unchecked and staff is condescending. This is a monopoly. If you want a permit filed in tillamook County you'de have a better time drowning. But we HAVE to use them don't we?! Great.

Multiple newbuild homes passed inspection and given okay for sale from Tillamook County with multiple and major code violations. Builder has been building homes with no foundation drains installed. County was notified and not much was done about it - this builder is still being given permits to build. Seriously if you have recently purchased a newbuild home in this county - don't assume it was built to code and have your foundation checked by a trusted professional.

Dear Tillamook county: your online phone directories are either non-existent or they are so poorly entered that they don't show up in search results. It is fraud to pay tax money and not do the job that you recorded paying the tax money for. Welcome to the current year!!! Figure out what the telephone is please
