I got charged no kidding $337.00. So I called and Melissa helped me out. Melissa was very informative and corrected the problem immediately. Honestly if it was not for Melissa's dudelegence I would have packed my stuff and left. Melissa is the only reason I am giving such a good review and am not leaving. I feel like my money and stuff is safe with her. This is why having actual staff is important.

My boyfriend rents a unit. Gail was always friendly and helpful. If ever we needed anything she was there. I decided to post since he didn’t.

I have been using this facility for the last year and have been very pleased with the units. I needed something close to where I live and this has been the perfect location.
Access is easy anytime of day or night.
Gail is great. She is helpful in matching your needs to the size of storage you would need. The prices are very good. I love the senior discount.
The area is always clean and Gail makes rounds to make sure everything is secured.
I will continue to use this facility. I recommend it highly.

We had an immediate need for a storage unit and picked A Storage Inn based on previous reviews of the location. This is our first experience leasing a storage space and it couldn't have gone better. Gail was very straight-forward, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was really important for us since we weren't sure about the total cost of leasing and what the final price would be. After finding out our needs, Gail showed us a unit that was absolutely perfect for us and was priced very well. We also were given important tips for considering what we could store and how to do it. My wife and I both felt that we had picked the right place and were treated very fairly. We would highly recommend A Storage Inn and Gail in particular.

This was the first time needing a storage unit. Gail was great! She was very patient and friendly. She took the time to help me figure out the size unit I would need and to fit in my budget. She offered suggestions on how to properly wrap and store items too. Even the paperwork process was painless and quick.

One thing I really appreciated is that when it's possible she'll point out ways to save money. Also, when I forgot my access code, I think I woke her up once and she was still happy to help me out. I highly recommend this location.

Gail was very helpful and friendly. She explained everything in detail by phone due to covid-19 restrictions. The unit I rented was clean and in a climate controlled unit. The whole storage area was clean and in good repair. I would highly recommend this facility!

We have been using A Storage Inn at the same location for several years now for both a storage unit and storing a trailer around back. We feel all of our items are safe and secure. Gail takes extra steps to ensure that her customers she services are happy. We always see her walking around the premises, which is nice, just in case you have questions or need anything, she is making herself available. I am sure we will be continuing to be a customer at this location for many years to come, and the location is just perfect for us.

I have been renting here for about 18 months. Clean and secure. The number 1 thing about this facility is the Manager (Gail), she is very nice and very helpful. She goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. She accepts shipments for me and helps keep me informed about my shippers, this is not something she has to do but she wants to help. Hard to find that kind of service these days.

Like most good businesses it starts with the employees - they have a real gem in her.

Gail does a great job renting and maintaining this storage facility. I have rented a space for over three years. The property is always well-kept, access is secure but always available, and my account is maintained without effort. Her always-pleasant attitude is pure upside. I have used Storage Inn for 2 years. I have found their customer service (Gail) excellent. I had a larger unit and decided a smaller unit would be more appropriate for my needs. Gail went out of her way to assist me and to make the transition to the smaller unit comfortable. I never had any negative issues with my unit or security problems. I would recommend this facility to anyone shopping around for a great storage company.

Gail in the front office was GREAT to work with. The space was clean with a freshly painted floor. Although I have only been a renter for a short time, everything has been fantastic. My unit is well lit and the drive isles are wide enough to drive past others working in their units.

We have had our storage unit at A Storage Inn for over 7 years (I know, time to get rid of things!). Each month, I pay for the unit by calling and Gail, the manager, is always so friendly and helpful! It is such a breath of fresh air to actually talk to someone, first of all, and when the experience is always pleasant, it makes paying your bill so much easier. Thank you, Gail!
