It's a strip mall crazy convenient. The UPS stores there for what I need to return Amazon stuff. There's Dragon vine, A great place for the very specific and yet very random gift. Several good restaurants and a donut place. And then there's the Safeway, but with their prices, you can just pretty much think of them. As a really big convenience store

Great Area, with great selection, better places to be than just up the street even. Much more to do and things to buy when needed especially.

Lots of things going on here. We were here for Amazon drop-off at UPS store. We checked out Safeway, Dragon Vine and Video game HQ. Smoke shop is always busy. Near bus lines.

Didn't know the pet store was there. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff helped me with questions regarding my allergy prone dog & gave me samples to try.

Edit 5/1/24: It's a strip mall. Not much has really changed, but there are a few good places there, for sure. I do like the smoke shop that's been there for awhile now. I had to go to the E-Vet for my cat today and it's nice knowing that there's something so close to my home that I can go to if or when needed.

Amazing customer service and great kind dentist. They gave me great referrals for my son when he ended up needing a pediatric dentist with nitrous. Highly recommend

The video game store and UPS store are the places I shop most frequently. The parking lot is designed weird but that's really my only complaint! I would have given UPS 3 stars but they must have changed their staff... they were much nicer yesterday!

Pioneer Plaza...... is the perfect one-stop shops and games hair.. and hair nails butterfly products and animal supply stores lots of restaurants car wash both ways you look there is something for someone acores the streets there's even more just beware full the road there set up badly lots of recs in that area but you got emx buss there you hot a lot it's nice to park your car look around you find something you want just walk easier than driving and safer for us that are walking

We went to the UPS store to mail off some packages. It was clean. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Safeway, UPS Store all great spots to complete your errands! Plenty of parking. Watch out for large and wide speed bump..

Got some great yarn

Well this is the only place I know of in Springfield, Oregon to get the deposit back on your recyclable bottles and cans and be prepared for a 30 minute wait just to get in the building. It's very well organized and pretty clean also. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.

Best place to go for gifts!

Nice little plaza, the Cigarettes for Less smoke shop is a decent he and has a few great employees. All of the employees except the lady named Michelle, she is very rude but puts on a false image. She is very passive aggressive and rude to people who don't spend more then $20. She is very petty and not a good person, if you look like you just got off of a manual labor job and are a little dirty then be prepared to have a bad experience!!

The mall reminds me of the little outlet malls around Mira Mesa in San Diego and La Mesa. When I was observing people in the parking lot waiting for my daughter,it felt like .. community.A hometown kind of feeling.Also Dragonvine rocks.
