Walgreens

This is one of the better walgreens in the area in my opinion. They usually stock items before the other Walgreens do. Often I find what I'm looking for there. I found some of the squishmallows I was looking for there well over a week before the Eugene walgreens stocked them. Keep up the good work on keeping the squishmallows stocked :)

Everyone here has been amazing! The pharmacy staff helped me out when my old insurance was refusing to cover my medication - they helped me find coupons to get my prescription down to a reasonable price, and then made sure it was taken care of for next time. I also go by a different name than my id and they put it in my record and always use the correct name. Really wonderful!

This store does the best photo developing of anyone in the area. The enlargements are beautiful, always on time. The clerks are great, give them $5.00 an hour raise because they deserve it. I love this store.

This is a nice clean store with wide aisles. It was a busy Saturday and I think the pharmacy team was working as quickly as they could. I got my prescription within 10 minutes waiting in line. I like they they text me when it is ready for pickup. This Walgreens also has FedEx drop off. They have the propane refills/exchange outside. Redbox machine outside.

There has never been a time when I have seen anyone in the pharmacy not be professional, couteous, & above all helpful.
There have been several times that I have either called or been in store & come at them with some really complicated questions.
They've always gone above & beyond with assistance & made me feel comfortable.
This is going to sound rather funny but I actually enjoy having to go the pharmacy.
They very personable. Theres even a tech(I'm sorry that I've forgotten her name) the same birthday as myself.

This may be my first pubic review..and it's focusing on the Photo Dept at this Walgreens on Q St. in Springfield.

Gotta say.. all the staff I've dealt with here regarding my photo based orders of late is top notch. They've been over the top helpful without seeming annoyed or distracted. They've worked to figure out some weird problems with my order (and get them fixed). My extra large and somewhat complicated gift items were done well and at an insane rate of speed.

I am moving all my photo-related purchases & business from another more convenient store in the area to this one. I hope they're able retain current staff, because that has made all the difference.

They care about me and all my meds always take time to answer my question,
I have never watched anyone stand around and not help me with my prescriptions at time they get very busy still they have good help

Only place I go for my prescriptions. Nothing but friendly service. For those giving negative reviews, try contacting the store with your complaints instead of only posting a negative review.

Fast to shop at, wide aisles, pharmacy, photo as well. Polite staff.

Photo service was faster than expected

Quick and easy stop for whatever really. Good deals on random stuff at random times which is cool.

This is my favorite Walgreens, I live close to two others, but prefer this one
