Fred Meyer

I came into this Fred Meyer in north Springfield, coming in for a few quick items, I was surprised by how many employees greeted me and offered me assistance in finding what I was looking for. This location had no wait times during my visit, the store was clean and great in-stock. I will shop at this location again in the future.

This fred meyer is honestly my favorite one in the Eugene & Springfield area. They often stock items before the other two fred Meyers do. And the employees here have almost always been kind and helpful. When I went to see if they had stocked the Valentine's Day Squishmallows I was pleased to find they were completely stocked, there was a TON of Squishmallows on the shelves and I was able to find almost all the ones I was looking for.

Really great staff, only ever used pickup for groceries, or the outdoor garden center, so can't tell you about the inside. Minimal issues picking up groceries, and enjoy the fuel discount.

Good parking. Not as updated as Eugene stores. Hoping an update to Springfield in the future. Recent update not favored by many.

They had what I was looking for and customer service was great, fast and easy shopping is a plus in my book.

Love my Fred Meyer in Springfield, OR. Nice atmosphere and great employees that will run around the store to help you if neccessary. They go above and beyond expectations. So friendly, too.

The store has changed for the better. Clean, lots of inventory. Now to get the customer service people to act like they care.

Amazing staff, always helpful and available! We will not shop for our Provisions anywhere else! We have been clients for 10 years and have not had a negative experience yet! The benefits awarded to us by utilizing our membership cards are phenomenal and catered to our shopping needs, we do not just receive coupons for random stuff we will never use. In fact we receive coupons only for items we regularly purchase. Ultimately though it is the employees that keep us coming back. The gas attendants , the pharmacy staff, the retail floor folks , customer service, produce, deli, all OUTSTANDING! Thank you for years of welcoming and attentive service. We appreciate you!

I needed a variety of things including rubber bands. I couldn't find any rubber bands so I asked somebody in a Fred Meyer uniform that was busy stocking products. I just asked where the rubber bands might be located, but the guy insisted on showing me directly, which I really appreciated. They were out of stock though. I went on shopping for other things I needed. After a while I was about to check out and leave when I was approached by the same Fred Meyer worker who I found out later was named Cedric. He had been looking for me because while he was stocking items he saw some rubber bands in the bakery area of all places. I couldn't believe that he made the extra effort to locate me and offer for me to buy the rubber bands. I thanked him and asked for his name.
I really appreciate people like Cedric that make the extra effort to make my visit as good as possible.

We came in at 9:00 am with three kids looking for rain boots and a toddler coat. The store was clean and really well stocked. We were successful in finding a great coat and boots. We also enjoyed some yummy donuts! I would for sure come back!

Good, basic customer service. The employees are always working on something, but many of them aren't very engaging while talked too. But whatever, that's not that big of a deal when the store has pretty much everything you could want to make up for that.

I would like to acknowledge your cashier Scott, for his patience and empathy for the elderly couple in front of me in line. It was so refreshing to see his kindness. Sometimes, taking an extra minute or two is not only appreciated by the customer but those around them. Thank you.

Always have stuff I buy on sale. They'll send you coupons for those same items. Have a mega event m buy 5 get another $1.00 off. I've saved over 1/2 lots of time. Got ice cream for 50cents 💚

First about the folks in the pharmacy, they are really helpful and courteous. Really glad I come here for my family's perscriptions. The store itself is busy but the lines move very quickly. Great place to do your shopping.

I had problems finding one in item and two employees took the time to help me out. It was really important because I was shopping for Instantacart and it's important to get the items as quickly as possible for the customer. Great customer service Q street Fred Meyer! Hope to see you get someone

Seems very busy between 1pm and 4pm and hard to find a a parking spot. The parking lot structure is not very user friendly and difficult to find spots. They various departments that make it a one stop shop. Overall a good place to find good produce or recycle bottles and cans.

We came in today and had the pleasure of having Michelle as our check out person. She was extremely kind and funny! She made our shopping experience really great. Thank you Michelle!!

Their gas station is cheap and they have a great rewards system down to save money and you always do just for using your phone number. I enjoy going here, they do the funky thing of, if you pull up to the wrong side of the pump they will reach the hose to the fuel door anyhow.
