Macy's

Store was cleaned and organized. I didn't really have any interaction with the staff. I didn't get to spend a lot of time in the store but I love there lay out. Well definitely go back when I have more time.

Needed some men's shirts, went during midday on a Wednesday and found everyone in the store to be busy and extremely helpful.

Customer service lives on at this location!

Always a surprisingly excellent variety of formal wear and women's suits at this Macy's location - totally recommend!

Kira Howard in Fragrance department is very knowledgeable, helped me select Cologne for myself and my brother. Also went above and beyond to help me with stuff from beauty department as I had limited knowledge regarding beauty products.

My sales lady was very helpful in helping me find the jeans I was looking for. Even better, they were on a good sale plus she had a code that brought them down even more. I only paid $11.85 a pair.

The clerks were very friendly and social. It had a very welcoming atmosphere despite being within the hour of closing

The ladies at the perfume counter were very nice and helpful. Made good recommendations without being pushy. Good selection of seasonal clothes.

Great prices on quality clothing. Personally I have refused to buy anything made in China. Macy's buyers are getting sourcing from other countries, better quality fabrics, as a rule. You can buy new styles at Macy's cheaper than going to Goodwill or St Vinnie's.

I do much of my shopping online since the pandemic and Macy's is my go to. I don't bother looking elsewhere. The product is good and I can have it shipped to my home or pick it up at the store. If I find it won't work for me I can return it without problem. Rachel in customer service is always cheerful and helpful. She is good to work with.

I still enjoy shopping at macy's. Better than shopping online.

The tall eloquent woman in the fragrances section named Cinnamon is the bomb. I visited 12/17 around noon, amid the Xmas crunch, and despite the busyness, she was able to process my return with great speed and efficiency. She is definitely management material. The tall blond boy with an earring, not so much.

Pretty easy to find stuff in here. You just need to find out the time that the check out line is not full. They have some pretty neat stuff in here that is really nice.

This store is nice, clean has mostly what your looking for allot of clothing marked down... even a "Back stage" area is like a Ross version of Macys.. clothes shoes luggage. Great location.. we don't have a Macy's in or near Coos Bay is been gone for a few years now closets is Eugene 2 hours away. Thanks for being open and a positive experience.

Nice options with the "Back Stage" discounts with clearance stocks. Winter clothing is my main shopping category and I take stuff back to India for family and friends there.
The rest of the range is at par with the market.

luv the backstage clearance areas!! great deals on quality merch!! really friendly associates, and usually easy to do returns, this time I was told by the returns dept associate to take my return to backstage, had to drive around to that door (bad knee injury) then, they couldn't read the #'s on the items ticket, so I had to walk all the way back out to my car to get the e-receipt, as it was emailed & I left phone in my car...
