Shelter Insurance - Tanner Lee

I recently switched my Home and Auto insurance to Tanner Lee's Agency and it was the easier than I could have ever imagined. On top of the seamless transition, they saved me money! We also recently got a new car and Rachel was able to get our insurance on the new car set up on a Friday evening before the weekend. She communicated quickly and effectively through text so it was not a burden on may day. Couldn't recommend them enough!

Rachel Crutcher is a wonderful person to work with for your insurance needs. After my previous insurance company completely failed me, Rachel restored my faith in humanity. She talked me through options and considerations for each of my policies and quickly got me setup on new policies. She did all of this with a great sense of humor and no pressure approach that was delightful. I can't say enough good things!

We have used Shield of Shelter to insure our Ballwin home, boats, and many cars over the years and have worked through multiple agents who have either retired or moved on. It has been a minute since we last spoke to an agent, but that has not been an issue since Rachel C has the answer or will quickly get the answer. Rachel quickly responds to texts and emails and even the occasional phone call. She has a great personality and we always laugh on those occasional calls. I’ve been a loyal Shelter Insurance customer for years because their rates and coverage can’t be beat. But the other day I was blown away by the amazing customer service I received! My car wouldn’t start and I called my Agent, Tanner Lee, with a question about my roadside assistance coverage. Even though I had roadside assistance coverage, Tanner said he wasn’t too far away and came to my location to jumpstart my car! He went above and beyond the call of duty and I will be a loyal customer for life!!
