AT&T Store

I recently visited the AT&T store and received exceptional service from the store manager ( Danny )
They went above and beyond to help me purchase a new phone along with a network line. Their patience, expertise, and professionalism made the process smooth and enjoyable. They took the time to understand my needs and provided valuable recommendations. Thanks to their assistance, I am now fully satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for outstanding customer service.

Ericka was a breath of fresh air. She was very kind, very friendly, very sweet, and above all, incredibly helpful and wonderful. She took a bad situation and turned it into a huge positive. I'm so happy I was lucky enough to have such a wonderful person helping me solve my issues.
AT&T is extremely lucky to have her at the Ellisville store. Ellisville could not be more lucky to have a wonderful person in their community store.
She is the true epitome of customer service and of an extremely kind person.

We had a fairly complex issue that we needed to handle (buying a new phone, changing a phone number and putting a number on a different phone) and Devon was EXCELLENT. He answered all of our questions and made the process very simple. We’d recommend anyone to his location.

Chris & Lindsey were a delight to work with! They went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were meet when purchasing a new phone & even told me about additional promotional options! Great service and great vibes! I will be back in for my pink iPad mini! 😁

After a weekend of switching over to AT&T from Verizon, it was messy at first. I had gone to another store to set up my new account/get a new phone. It seemed good, but I was left the next day with no ability to text or call. Turns out my number hadn’t been officially transferred over even though I was told it was. Matt here at Ellisville was amazing and helped me figure this issue out. And when I came back he was super helpful with the final process. The store was neat and clean, and everyone there was very nice and welcoming. 10/10 will go back.

I had been putting off getting a new phone because it's always such a hassle and takes so much time to reset up all the apps and settings. But I got to work with the amazing Josh who made sure everything was perfect before I left the store. Josh really knew his stuff (didn't just think he did), made excellent suggestions, upsold me some accessories without being pushy, and genuinely cared about my store experience. You got a keeper, ATT! I'm a 30-year ATT mobile customer; this was my best upgrade of all time. To show how much I typically hate this process, I went from an iphone 8+ to a 14 Pro. TY, Josh.

Tara has excellent customer service! She needs to be the employee of the year! She spent about 12 hours working with me on my account. Not one person would help me over the phone! Not ONE!
She lost her commission in sales to help me. She was patient, professional, and very knowledgeable!
Actually this women needs to be a manger of her own store.
She found a billing mistake from 11/28/2020. I was being charged 2 internet fees. My bill was so messed up it was unbelievable!

I received a refund of almost 1700.00!
The manager of the store mouth hit the floor when he saw my refund!
To be frank I have never received such excellent and compassionate care! And I work in health care. Thank you again Tara.
I will always be grateful. And you exceed your job description!

Needed help with several different things from purchasing new equipment to updating service on my plan and moving existing equipment to other members of my plan. Tara was EXTREMELY helpful, took the time to listen and understand all my needs, provided specific details and options, never made me feel rushed and ensured I was comfortable and understood all the changes and updates and offered additional assistance if needed. I have always appreciated the professionalism, expertise, and willingness to help that I receive at this location.

I had a 12:30 appt at AT&T store. Jake helped me pick out a new phone and got everything transferred over from my old phone in record time. I was in and out in under 45 mins. I love the new phone and I highly recommend this store. Great service and selection!

We went in to upgrade iPhones purchased online. We worked withTara to get everything set up. She was phenomenal to work with. We were done within 30 minutes for 2 phones including installation of screen protectors and disabling of our old phones. Great service and attention to detail. Thanks Tara!
