I would rather go somewhere else and save money than service my car here. You will definately find a better labor rates with similar or better quality of service if you are just rotating and balancing your tires or changing oil or fixing a flat.
Plus if you pay by credit card better be ready to pay 3% extra in addition to the hefty service labor rates.

I don’t know how they got my number but they keep calling me Becky and harassing me to purchase a vehicle! I drive a Honda, why would anyone want to drive a KIA? I’ve told them to remove me from their call list. They call, text and pretty much spam me weird hours. I would rather go to a buy here, pay here than deal with this kind of abuse

Honestly, it’d save you both time & money to take your car elsewhere to get it serviced. Both times I’ve taken my car here to have something fixed, it has immediately needed to come right back for something they just failed to do or completely broke. & as a woman, they think they can just lie blatantly to my face about what caused it, instead of taking accountability for their actions. A weight does not just fall off a tire. And something can’t be loose, rolling around inside a tire unless the people who put it on messed up somewhere. The only way you can get them to take ownership of their mistakes is by leaving them a bad review. To which they’ll call you and try to make amends by giving you a free service. But that free service could potentially lead to more issues and problems. So TBH, it’s just easier all around to go somewhere that’s more friendly, with cheaper labor rates, and who may take accountability and ownership for mistakes and issues they cause. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
