Walmart Supercenter

I arrived for a pick-up and had been waiting for well over an hour. I observed numerous employees passing by without acknowledging me until a man named Garth approached. He mentioned that he had noticed me waiting for some time and wanted to inquire about what I was waiting for. Although he initially couldn't locate me in their system, he eventually found my order and promptly retrieved my large order. Garth displayed care, kindness, and helpfulness throughout the interaction, apologizing for the inconvenience. I appreciate his dedication to customer support and commend his work ethic. Thank you very much!

All was great. Had the employee help me find vegan cheese and without checking her screen she walked right to it.

For the first time ever, a young lady came out, asked for the name on the order, & said, "We'll get that right out for you."
And they DID!
The guy who brought it to my vehicle actually handed the cold items to me one at a time so I could load them into my huge cooler bag. (We live an hour away now, so it's definitely a necessity!)
He loaded everything else into the back carefully - so much so, in fact, that nothing got smashed or destroyed in transit! I am very grateful!

I live in St. Louis but I choose to shop at this Walmart in Wood River. The employees are so friendly and knowledgeable. The place is always sparkling clean. The produce looks good and I can find interesting grocery items. There is excellent management.

Excellent store appearance and accessibility. Fare pricing and great products available. Pleased with helpful service and dependable staff. One of our best Walmart experiences since moving to Alton Illinois. 😊

Always love going to Walmart and enjoy anytime they start getting more or new stuff in. App helps me to find my way around and tells me if what im looking for is out of stock.

Wal Mart is always a decent experience. You do everything yourself , so if you have a bad experience , there's no one to blame but yourself. Oh and don't for get they do price match !💜😇

This is a good Walmart to go to... Well stocked & all the employees were pleasant.... The only thing it was lacking was enough cashiers.... Plenty of self check-out registers, but I won't do that.... I'm not taking a job from someone, I have one of my own....

I really like the Convince of all the self checkouts. Hate they do not stay open 24 hrs anymore!;! Friendly helpful staff.

So impressed with the changes happening online and the customer service. I'll be an online shopper before I will ever go back to a store.

1/9/24 update just went to customer service there was no line no wait and no fuss I was happily surprised!

I'm not going to go into Walmart anymore, do to they've taken away all cashiers and replaced with check yourself out.😡 People are losing jobs because of this , I enjoy the 1on 1 of a cashier,, yes a few may not be friendly or down rite rude BUT you don't know what's going on in their life that's probably making act like that ,, but I've found that if you have compassion for another human 🙏 you can maybe change their mood a Lil or at least not make yourself look like a real A-HOLE . With that said I do place my orders online for delivery & enjoy every driver that brings it. I drove for a living & I make sure they know how much I appreciate them .

Always pleasure to shop at Walmart. Prices are good and I find everything I need.

It sucked I put 67dollar on my credit card purchases for the refund they made me do gift card not back on credit card said they could not do that

This was one of the cleanest Walmarts I have ever been to. You couldn't even find nothing I mean nothing in the parking lots!. Inside this particular store I was amazed at the friendly, informative and knowledgeable staff.. I mean top notch for any type of retail store. Now I do a lot of reviews and this is a store I would model others after. The isles were not clogged, the food section was I mean nice, I was asking questions and they were answering them instantly. Kudos to the staff. Top notch. Clean and stocked, I went nuts getting things I didn't need, I just stocked up because it had everything I always needed in the store..I'm going back, I have to it was an experience....THANK YOU.

I visited this Walmart while on my Thanksgiving break. It was a great experience. The employees were very eager and helpful. The selection of food was in abundance. The shelves were stocked and organized. It's great to go into a Walmart and find everything you need in a one stop shopping experience!
