Great experience the staff were all kind and caring. They answered all my questions and concerns and were not in anyway pushy or trying to sell me things I didn't want. A very positive environment and they played great music as an added bonus. I would highly recommend them.

I cant say enough great things about this place! They couldnt take my insurance, as aetna only had a small number of providers in the area but i still ended up paying less than going with a provider on our insurance! Saying all of that, what made the experience was the staff. They were helpful, friendly, and took their time answering our questions and making us feel welcome. Definitely would recommend!

The staff at the location I am going to, 9960 Kennerly Road Stl 63128, is awesome. They always liesten, work with me, and provide great customer service. Very patient and friendly staff. And when they say do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions, they truly mean it. If needed, they will do all they can to help the same day. I never had to wait long. I also never had to way longer to get in beyond the time my aptmnt was scheduled for and I absolutely appreciate that. Anyway, long story short - I had 22 teeth removed, 8 implants "installed" and love my snap on dentures. Since I can't remember everyone's name and don't want to leave anyone out, I'd like to say thank you to all team members at this location.

To start I had a panic attack . Crying shaking and I overheated. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. Even a staff person who was not working with me noticed and comforted me. Robert in financing was very nice. Overall not an unpleasant experience but!!!!! I still have to get all my teeth pulled and get dentures. Cadillac of dentures but dentures none the less.

I go to the facility on Kennerly and Tesson Ferry in St Louis. Love the team there, so friendly, always smiling, sweet on the phone…but my fave is my Tech, Suzanne! I found her again after she left a previous dental place that had a complete (read awful) changeover. Suzanne absolutely ROCKS! Knows her stuff and takes the best care of her patients! The place is very clean and cheerful, and AFFORDABLE is exactly right for their name. From 1 to 10, I rate this place a 12.

This location is by far the best one all around, I know that because I am in a social media group where I get to see all feedback from every location there is across the US. I consider myself very lucky to have had the opportunity to live near them so my commute is only 10 minutes, SCORE! My journey with my teeth goes back a long time, I have been in need of dental care for 19 years. Having 3 kids and putting their needs before my own, living on a very tight budget, my teeth/health took the back burner. I am not an person who is easily excited by anything and my expectations of any establishment is very low these days due to a huge lack of customer service experiences personally. Recently I found myself in a position where I am finally financially able to care for myself and I chose to go around to several different places for consultations on what to do with my teeth. My last consultation was this place where I met with Robert (owner). The price I was given was a bit more money than the rest but you definitely get what you pay for as he never made me feel like he was scamming me or giving me false information just to get my money. He was very informative and his professional demeanor in caring about what I wanted was off the charts, he never made me feel judged for a second and I was treated with respect. I booked the appointment and never had any regrets since, all the other staff I have come in contact with have been amazing. My favorites aside from Robert, are Q and Whitney at the front desk. Q listened to everything I had concerns with as I had bumps in the road with adjustments like everyone does. She went above and beyond for me and got everything perfect for me with a smile on her face the whole time, and I hope I get to have her for all my remaining appointments in the future. Whitney is so personable and very sweet as well, you can tell she just has a pure caring soul. I am excited when I come here, and I can't wait to see the end results. 🥰

My husband was impressed with the staff and very knowledgeable. They aim to please and answerd all his questions. Unfortunately this is a new venture for him and just another part of life. Would highly recommend.

Very friendly and helpful. The dentist let me know that I could easily repair my front teeth without paying the high cost for implants. I suspected I would be "sold" on implants no matter what. I am so grateful to be able to save money and get my teeth fixed.

Friendly staff. The person that worked on my Dentures was very personable. She suggested a possible solution for the problem that I am having. Suzanne is amazing at fitting and making sure your dentures feel and look great. I just love her as a person - always smiling and fun!
