Great experience. Walked in and service rep wads very quick to see what I needed and help me locate the shoes I was looking for. Helped fit them for me and get me into the exact right size. Quick and easy in and out. Highly recommended these guys!

As a novice runner, I love going to this store! The employees are always so nice and helpful. They take the time to make sure I have properly fitted shoes and it seems I’m always learning extra tidbits of info; either about running or shoe care. I really appreciate it
I actually started going here after getting a hospital job and needing better shoes. I had lower back pain but the proper shoes fixed that issue for me. So don’t think you need to be a runner to shop here.
Just be someone that wants better shoes and a great experience buying them!

Excellent customer service! Got me fitted quickly and was given multiple shoe options to try. Loved the selection. My new shoes have been awesome since I started training for my next race. Highly recommend being fitted here!

Amazing place! I didn't know what kind of shoe to buy as I train for my first half marathon. The sales associate was so knowledgeable and willing to help. He had so kuch patience during the process to find the right shoe. They also had a kids corner and turned a movie on for them so I could pick a shoe without having to worry about my kids being bored!

I had a great experience with Elizabeth and she was very helpful and informative. I enjoyed the knowledge I gained from my feet scans and if anyone I know is having issues I will gladly tell them to check out Fleet Feet.

I had a great experience at Feet Fleet South County. Greeted as soon as I came in, was assigned to Kathy to help me out. Kathy fitted me (super simple and easy test). She brought a few shoes out for me to try that the test suggested. I found a pair of Hoka's that fit well but were a "boring" color 😊 I asked if there were any fun colors in my size. She found a pair at the Manchester store. I bought the suggest inserts at South County and then the "fun" color shoes at Manchester. Kathy suggested wearing them an hour a day for a couple days first. Also suggested sweat wicking socks. They are very comfortable.

Kathy was awesome. She helped find a couple items for my son and genuinely cared about us as a customer. This was our first time in the store and we'll be back when it's time to buy shoes for indoor baseball training next month.

Wonderful experience getting our teenage daughter shoes. They take their time to make sure you are 100% happy. My husband and I have been before and had a great experience as well. Highly recommend! Worth every penny.

The process was quick and efficient! The young man that helped me kept my budget in mind and I ended up under budget from an outlet shoe! I was extremely appreciative of that. I will definitely use Fleet Feet again!

This place is a game changer. I've dealt with foot pain for over a decade due to having high arches. I have tried a ton of different tennis shoes and inserts. After 3 visits to the podiatrist, 2 rounds of cortisone shots, and still not seeing a lot of improvement, I decided to try Fleet Feet out. I am SO happy I did. My husband and I went last weekend and was helped by a guy named Miles. Miles was a pro at his job. He had us both do the 3D foot scan and walking test. He went over the results with us and brought out a few different pairs for us to try. We tried everything on that he brought out of the back and both of us found a pair to buy. We took a while to decide what to get and were in the store for like 70 to 90 minutes, but Miles never made us feel rushed once. He slipped our shoes off and back on, even tying the shoelaces, for every pair we checked out. He showed me a new lacing technique when I complained about my old shoes sliding off while I work out. I've now been using his technique every day and it has really helped me during my workouts.

Fast forward a week and a half after using the new shoes and omg, what a difference. Wish I would have gone sooner!!!

It's easy to drop a few hundred (at the very least) here, but your feet will thank you.

Love this place & the foot measurements allow for the most accurate precision in determining which shoes to purchase. Sam helped my eleven year old son while I sat off to the side :)

I can't say enough good things. I broke my foot well over 4 months ago and my ortho recommended I get a pair of Hoka shoes to help my foot while healing. I've never spent this much on shoes but the lady helping me was so unbelievably friendly and helpful. I honestly credit my experience here with my foot healing better. My experience and purchase of the running shoe was so good I came back for sandals and sent my other generic box store shoes to goodwill.

This was a very good experience and I was able to make the best decision about running shoes for me. As well as learned a lot.

I am giving a five star rating for friendly and knowledgeable service plus the inserts I need were reasonably priced, comfortable and helpful. My feet are feeling the positive effect!

Staff was knowledgeable, patient, helpful, and non-pushy. Awesome! I've had right ankle surgery and left foot nerve surgery and this is definitely the place I buy running shoes, even though I just walk.

Jodi was very helpful, kind, and professional. I also was pleasantly surprised by the price point of the shoes I ended up buying.

Went for a new pair of running shoes yesterday. Don't remember the ladies name who helped me, unfortunately, wish I could leave her a review. Took the time to test my feet and stride (a first in any shoe store) took my own complaints into review and matched me with a good pair of asics. First time in a while I've run with negligible ankle and hip pain

Stopped in to get my feet mapped and shoes fitted for my feet. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Left with a new shoe I hadn't heard of or tried before and inserts along with some clothes.
