The UPS Store

I sent a package from this UPS store that was mishandled by my local UPS store. This location did everything to track it down and ensure I received it, even when it was no longer their responsibility. Everyone was so patient and helpful, especially Sherry! Thank you a thousand times over!

Coming in to shred 486 pounds of healthcare papers was a great task this past Sunday. Both Sunny and Sherry were all smiles and as helpful as they could be...Sunny got out TWO dollies to drag it all in and then I proceeded to discard appropriately. Meanwhile, Sherry and Sunny asked if I was doing ok and were more than happy to help! I will not be going anywhere else, except here for all my UPSs needs!!

They always have a full and efficient staff with great customer service. I have never waited more than 2-3 minutes to be helped, if any wait. The store is always clean, no trash laying around or dirty floors.

This UPS is great and friendly. I seem to always deal w the older bald man that someone had an unpleasant experience with. He is nothing but professional and kind and helpful. I'm glad he's at the store. Thank you.

one of the best UPS stores I have dealt with the staff is remarkable each time I have an amazon return they take care of me Ill be honest half the time the staff helps me find the return code on my phone which is so sweet also if you didn't know this location has a Notary as well shes extremely sweet her name is Sherry(I believe the owner or possibly the manager is a notary as well he is super sweet!) she helped me and my parents sign some paper work when my own bank didn't have the time to notarize for me they took care of me just make sure to call ahead and see what time the notary is there til :) overall I couldn't say anything bad about this store since I've never had a bad interaction with anyone here also for the bosnian folks if your language isn't the best they typically have a bosnian employee who's there as well overall win win thank you guys for always taking care of me! Al

Unaware of other services! I was extremely pleased with the assistance and cost of making a PowerPoint slide presentation into a printed note form. I will be returning to the store in the future for such services, as well as my continued patronage for shipping purposes.

Kal's customer service was incredible! He is a manager at the store, and helped me open a mailbox there for my business. He was incredibly patient with me, even after I changed my mind at one point and made an edit that forced us to start the process over again. I am definitely happy I chose to go with UPS!

Outstanding customer service from Sean, who helped me with a bulk delivery consisting of several large boxes headed to different destinations. Sean even emailed me a digital copy of my receipt after I lost mine, within 15 minutes of my asking him. I would like EVERYONE to know that this is the BEST UPS store in St. Louis. Not only are the staff extremely helpful, but they are also very knowledgable. I interacted with a few members of the staff recently. ALL were very courteous and professional. The main employee with whom I interacted was a gentleman named, Rick. Rick helped us to recover some critical items that we had recently left behind on a vacation. The service was beyond excellent. The time it took to successfully retrieve our precious items (kids' favorite pillows!) was fantastic. Rick took care of everything very quickly and provided us with everything we needed to keep updated on the package. We now sleep much more comfortably due directly to Rick and this UPS store. I buy antique and art glass. I've had a bad experience with 120 year old glass and a UPS store in IOWA so when I found out this store had my stuff I panicked and quite frankly I was rude to Carol who was just trying to get my glass to me. Well it arrived well packed and in perfect shape! Yes, you pay for this service but isn't that the point? For everything to arrive in one piece! Thank you Carol and crew, you guys know what you're doing! Anything else I buy in your area will be in your hands.

This one is Top Notch in my book and yes I would recommend to everyone even my business associates for sure, I will never go to Telegraph store ever again Terrible Service very Rude Owner. The UPS Sore #1648 is one top of the chain stores! They have the most friendly and professional staff. The store owner Rick most knowledgeable, an expert in the field. I had sent off a package with an inaccurate mailing address. Mr. Rick was able to locate the package and fix my problem for which I was most grateful. He handle everything, the service that he provided went above and beyond my expectations. Carol thank you for being so accommodating, you're an asset and a wonderful complement to the business. All these folks are outstanding, I really appreciated their efforts!!!!

This UPS store is the BEST!!! We had a huge document with lots of signatures to notarize, and Rick was super helpful and professional. The price was exactly in line with what all notaries charge for such a big job- believe me, we did our research to get the option that was most convenient and cost-effective for us! (Many banks will not notarize the type of document we had, or have enough witnesses on hand.) Thanks again, I'll continue to be a loyal customer for many more years.
