Valley River Center

Very cool! Amazing social huh for Eugene with plenty of stores in a variety of price ranges and qualities. The food court is diverse with plenty of options, and many of the suites change every year or so.
The surrounding area is pleasant, too, with easy access to the river bank bike path as well as a Barnes & Nobles, sit-down Starbucks, and Olive Garden across the street.
Almost everywhere takes tap-to-pay, except Game Stop for some reason...

A cool place to shop or hang out before or after you eat at Texas Roadhouse. Seen some new stores I haven’t seen at other malls so it was a good surprise! It bigger than you would expect! I would definitely recommend this mall to others and their families!

Very nice large mall, well laid out, with a large variety volume of different types of stores, restaurants, recreational activity stores, and entertainment like the Regal Cinema. Plenty of things for the whole family to love and enjoy to include a Round1 Bowling Alley-Gaming Arcade with Billiard Poo, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Hoops, and more!

Went to Texas Roadhouse and the food was delicious. The bread with cinnamon butter is given as you sit down. Got a blooming onion for appetizer and a steak salad for dinner. Way too much food. Leftovers. Our server was the best and I can't remember her name but she was awesome.

Went to Verizon to try and sort out a debacle that started out with an attempted online new customer account and purchase of a phone. I don't recommend doing that at All. The store at VRC is a corporate store and can do so much more than any others. Brandon was definitely an expert in customer service. He went above and beyond my expectations in helping get things sorted.

This a thriving mall near downtown Eugene, with so many stores to choose from to shop at. On my most recent shopping experience, I was able to find parking easily, I felt safe shopping at this mall especially with the security presence visible and it was very clean. This mall has a unique layout to it, but still easy to navigate.

This is more of a review of the Santa they have this year (2023). He was incredible. So kind, and you can really tell he enjoys himself. He took it slow with kids who are shy and never pushed. If he is the Santa I will bring my family every year. The mall is also really great. It's highly accessible for wheelchair users and laid out well. Lots of updated stores.

It is now a time when the height of the "pandemic" is but a small blip in the rearview mirror (for most of us), and yet I notice that in the Portland area, malls are still taking their sweet time coming back into full popularity, i.e. they are clearly not as full and busy as they were prior to 2020, not nearly. Not so here in Eugene at the Valley River Center. This easily is one of the main centers of activity in the Eugene-Springfield area. I was amazed to see the place absolutely bustling with people, even on a summer day when so many are outside doing outside things. We came here to see a movie and enjoy a refreshing Jamba juice treat. It was a very positive experience coming to this mall. The hustle and bustle from one end of the mall to the other added to the fun and enjoyment of our day bicycling around town.

This mall has a few things you need all in one spot. We drive over from the coast to go here. Enjoyable!

Fun times movies popcorn children's museum good vibes

Fun place to go. Very large food court. Cool shops to visit also a movie theater.

I go here often to round 1 and the movies and walk along the river. Always a favorite.

So glad to still have the mall to go to when I need to try on new clothes. Everyone's having sales, everyone seems to be extremely helpful, considerate and happy to have customers.

I'm so glad that Eugene still has an actual mall to go kick it in. The best part about the Valley River Center is being able to capture one of these lovely wild life clips down at the river nearby. Highly recommended; the best shopping center in Lane County...

Round one has a sweet Japanese racer game. If one person plays it the second screen emulates the car the first is driving. This gives the experience a fun twist in regular race games where spectators can see the car being driven from multiple angles as the driver slides corners and slams gears.

Its a nice shopping mall in Eugene. Visited this mall while traveling to Portland. Its has many standard brands. Went there for Macy's. There are many other shopping stores and restaurants around this Mall. Definitely worth checking out if you are in that area for shopping. Easy to find parking spots.

Our first time here. It was a good size mall. The security lady was pretty helpful. Asked if we needed help when we were studying the directory.

It's a convenient shopping center with lots to see & do. Always a good place to walk off the food you filled up on at Texas Roadhouse.
