I recently took three rings in to be resized, cleaned, and checked over for repair. Jessica was wonderful, she spent a lot of time with me going over what needed to happen, the price, and how long the work would take. The Goldsmith was also there, and let us know in detail how the rings would be handled. Great service, friendly people, and an overall satisfying experience. I would recommend Harry Richies.

From the start the team at Harry Ritchies was very kind, helpful and interested in my love story. I found the perfect ring and then proposed successfully. I've enjoyed coming by the shop since then and everything from making payments to selecting a wedding band has been smooth and the staff (especially Jessica) has been as helpful as possible in making our rings selecting a fun process.
I'll continue shopping here for years to come and I especially like that this is a local chain and I feel like I'm supporting the community when I shop here.

Harry Ritchie’s jewelers are very knowledgeable about their products and about jewelry in general. They want to get to know their customers so they can help them find the right solution for them. We first discovered this in 1980 when we were looking for engagement and wedding rings on college student budgets, and they were so helpful to us. We went to a competitor first and they wanted $450 to repair. That just wasn’t in our budget. We went across the mall and the woman at Harry Ritchie’s was kind, friendly and it was way less to repair all 8 prongs of my wedding /engagement rings. I haven’t gotten it back so I can’t report on the work, but I would recommend them highly.

Jessica in VRC store is a wonderful person and always so helpful! I've been able to get repairs done on old pieces because I have felt comfortable leaving them...because I trust Jessica. I've purchased Birthstone Earrings for my Granddaughters with her help also! Great store! Thank you!

The Harry Richies store in my area closed and I was having issues with my ring. I spoke with the valley river store and they suggested that I drop it in the mail to them. Jesica, the store manager was so so helpful and now my ring is being repaired and I’m also adding another band to it. She’s amazing. !!!

Great service and knowledge about the jewelry and knew exactly where to look when adding a specification.
