Starbucks

I have been delivering DoorDash orders from here for several months now. This is the most friendly location I have been to. No matter how busy, long waits & stressful it looks inside the entire crew keeps the environment full of energy! Always love coming here.

I am there almost every morning. I just stop in and grab my coffee. Everyone is kind and welcoming! They provide a great start to my day!!! Thanks!!!

Had some bad experience with different Starbucks locations before that I stopped going to any Starbucks until I found this location in St John. This location is a perfect way for me to start or end my day. The staff are very pleasant and they go beyond in making their customers happy.
Today, was an unusual event 😂. I was enjoying my drink but I notice something suspicious floating in my drink that I thought was ice cube until it sank to the bottom of my cup. I have called the store right away to let them know about the issue and make corrections so that other customers would not experience this. Spoke to one of the staff Lauren, and I have a description of what I got in my cup. Should not be posting any pictures but I want her to truly believe me 😂.
She listened and told me that they will make a way to make sure this won’t happen to any customers.

I Loooove my St. John STARBUCKS!! AND my Baristas Lauren, Georgia, Josh, Jenna, Jen, Jake, Summer...They alllll are very nice to me! And they are very prompt on getting my order and making sure everything right!😁👌🏽☕I Loooove my venti Italian French press, they make NOT only soo well, but with love!💙....There my Baristas for life!! They say people run on dunkin!! I run 😄🏃🏽‍♂🏃🏽‍♂on STARBUCKS!!!!

This location always has a long line in the drive thru. Ordering online on the way there and it is usually ready by the time I get there is a huge plus and saves a ton of time

These employees make my day EVERYDAY. There’s a girl here who writes on my cup every single day when she has the time and it’s always something cute, simple, and enough to make me so happy. I literally love her and I go here just so she can write on my cup. They work hard, they’re all so sweet, and even if it isn’t on my way to work, i’m going to this starbucks specifically.

I have been to several Starbucks over the years, and this one is indubitably one of the best. The ambiance is perfect for studying and catching up with friends, and my drinks are always tasty. The workers are very kind and honest about the availability of products. Even on busy days, my order is correct and tastes perfect.

They made my birthday extra special. They also were super helpful with the few questions I had. Overall a warm and fuzzy experience!

Been enjoying their specials lately. BOGO Thursdays, half off, etc

Just went today and got three drinks and a pumpkin loaf. Very good service and very good coffee! The cashier and the person taking my order were all very nice and understanding despite having a long line. The cashier complimented my steering wheel cover and was very sweet!! Love coming here and knowing I’m getting good service :)

St. John Starbucks by TSC is best Starbucks around. Great food, drinks made right, excellent service, clean and relaxing atmosphere.

AMAZINGGG STAFF!! Incredibly professional and friendly.
Just witnessed a GROWN middle age women come in and scream at a teenage worker about how she insisted that the worker made her chai tea a latte on purpose. The worker handled it in an awesome way and was super nice about it, props to her, some people cannot contain themselves well as she did.
Stop being Karen’s and be nice to essential workers please 💖💖

Barista Sarah had a very positive attitude and made my morning!

My dog and I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks. They're always happy to see my puppers in the drive thru (they even drew her on her Bday pup cup) always have my mobile order ready right when I pull up. Staff is amazing and very clean. Always great service. 15/10 for best Starbucks.

Today was a long day. I was in a work meeting all day and one of the topics of discussion was employee empowerment to provide customer satisfaction. That is what I experienced tonight from the lady at the drive thru window. There was no hesitation in her interaction with me. I appreciate her kindness and the example she was to me. I wish I got her name. Hopefully you can reference this date and time and know who that employee was so she can be rewarded for a job well done. My order was the Chai Tea Latte. Thank you for making this my lucky day.

I stop in here often. Last week was a memorable visit mainly because of one of the employees, Geo. Geo was so very welcoming with a sincere smile and he seemed to truly enjoy working here and helping the customers. He made a lasting impression and it certainly made me want to return. I returned today and Geo actually remembered my name! I am very impressed with this guy. I hope you keep him! Thank you.

The St John, In. Starbucks consistently has great service and staff. The manager is the best. The whole crew works extremely well together.
