I went in for help getting a new SIM card and Ryan was SO incredibly helpful, kind, and knowledgeable! He answered all questions with kindness and helpfulness and made the process super quick and explained what plan would be best and most financially beneficial for me. He is just great!

I came in because I had to replace my lost iPhone. Ryan and Derrick were both incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that all apps, contacts, and photos synced properly to my new phone during the activation. Not only that, they were very kind the entire time. Its a relief to find people who are both great at their job, and nice to be around. Needless to say I had a great experience there, and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Just went to T-Mobile and had a great experience. The worker Zach was so incredibly knowledgeable and provided us with amazing customer service. I am not very tech-savvy and he was happy to help us with a smile on his face. He took his time and did not make us feel rushed while answering all our questions. Zach is an asset to this company and deserves a raise!

Shout out to Zachary at the St. John, IN store!! We were switching over 3 lines from another server which involved multiple phone calls to unlock phones and get pin numbers. It was very frustrating, but Zachary got us through it! Excellent customer service!!

Went in for information on phones and phone plans. The young man answered all my questions, and I asked a lot. (Tall, blonde hair man) I should have gotten his name. Because of his presentation and knowledge, I will be coming back soon to become a T Moble customer. I currently have Xfinity mobile and can't wait to switch.

Just left tmobile in st john. What a great experience!!! Alondra helped me figure out what I needed and why . She showed comps between phones and explained everything!!! This is now my go to store. I'm a long time customer of tmobile and glad of it. Alondra was so sweet!

We had a great experience with Alaura in St John. She helped us move from Sprint to T-Mobile she saved us money in our plan and got us new 5G Android phones. Day one our calls sound 100 % better and clearer on T-Mobile then Sprint and their old 4G network....

This store is so great! I went in to upgrade my phone and was unsure if i wanted to make the switch to iphone or stay with android. Amalia and Lindsey were so great through the whole process and i left feeling very happy about my iPhone 7 plus and i didn't feel rushed through the process or like i was being sold things i didn't need.

My husband and I were at the St John store earlier today and we were serviced by Derek he was so helpful with our phones today I want 2 Thank him again for his help and knowledge

I had amazing service there with Amalia and her Co-worker (sorry I forgot his name) this past Sunday we're so great. They helped me with everything and I left understanding and feeling really positive about my new service provider. Thank you!

Alondra was super helpful with my device change out and discussing device options with promotions! She was also very friendly and personable.

First time in this store, had a unique and complicated problem and Amalia was amazing. Phenomenal customer service, hands down she is amazing and will gladly make this my “home” store.
