I was a patient of Dr. Ehret a few years ago, and I was shocked by how rude and controlling he behaved. Instead of working to develop a care plan with me, he told me what I needed and what I should do, and did not appear to want my input. I felt like a child being told what to do. I understand addicts are often untruthful, to themselves and others, but we are still people who should have some input into our care. I left out appointment feeling dejected.
