Pick this one. The Woodvillage location is managed way better than the Gresham/burnside location. Spencer took the time to look in to my return and found out I actually had the correct items and even helped install them!

I had also posted a bad review about 3 years ago. It took a while to gain my trust. The staff is all helpful, friendly and respectful. Isn't there a way auto stores can store my purchases for me? If someone so chose to. Say if you have several cars or memory issue's you guys could say hey that's under warranty, or that's due to wearout soon?

I while ago, I posted a bad review concerning an experience I had with the last manager, at that time.
Wow, what a difference a management change can make.
Over the last 3 days, the new manager, Spencer, has rocked it, in my opinion. We went there several times for break equipment. I came across unexpected trouble, and I consulted with him.
Folks, I'm not stretching any truth here when I say that he went way out of his way for us! Over the 3 days he went out of his way to accommodate us.
Now, folks, I can't praise that Auto Zone enough. Ask for Spencer. He's all that!

JT T and Spencer are absolutely great! They were attentive, kind, generous, and didn't make me feel foolish for not knowing what I actually needed! This AutoZone had everything I needed, and the things I didn't realize I needed! Best AutoZone I've ever been to. Thanks guys!

Picked up my car after being out of town for a few months. Started raining and wipers started failing. Almost 9pm pulled in got wipers with 15 dollar coupon and the clerk came out and put on one side while i did the other.

Jt is super awesome and the driver Brandon is the best his customer service is exceptional.

I was just in today and purchased the wrong headlight bulbs. I came back and Tayson immediately was able to help. He double checked the light I needed, REPLACED THEM FOR ME in the parking lot, and took my return back! I was on my way in less than 10 minutes!

Came into the store this morning for some new wipers and mistook one of the guys outside for an employee. I asked if he knew how to install them and he told me to talk to Bree and she'd hook me up. Walking into the store, I was immediately greeted with a smile. Bree found the exact sizes I needed and went above and beyond, making jokes and laughing while installing them. Even showed me how to do it myself! Excellent staff you've got here.

Just bought a battery today for my Subaru wrx Brandon help me install it with no problem awesome guy will be back again for any more car troubles

Excellent experience with Mars! Starting off was a great attitude to help and assist. Had a dead battery found it quick and easy. Needed wipers he cam out and installed them writhing seconds. We also had a cigarette smoke smell issue on one of our cars. Again made it very simple. Came out switched out the filter recommended an air freshener bomb, explained clearly how to do it! With this great attitude and service even though I’m from Washington I would do the drive over the river if I ran into any technical questions. He gets an additional 5 stars from me. Service like this is hard to find these days!!

Excellent customer service! Bought a few Items including a cabin air filter for my vehicle, I would have NEVER got it installed had it not been for help of the associate Mars, he completely went above and beyond by offering to show me the cabin location and how it is properly installed. I really appreciate the kind customer service and my vehicle is probably alot happier too!

The sales clerks at this location are always going the extra mile to answer my questions and provide thorough information on the products I need. Zack helped me out in a freezing storm to get my new wipers installed. The manager has always hired helpful and personable, well educated staff that have extensive product knowledge.

The check engine light for my work vehicle activated on a Friday night. I had to use the vehicle on Saturday and Sunday. The auto shop for my company doesn't operate on the weekend.
Elijah conducted a diagnostic test on my vehicle and determined the issue wasn't serious. Elijah let me know it was safe to run the vehicle over the weekend and have it serviced on Monday. Elijah was professional and courteous. Thank you Elijah!

I came in this morning to get a free check engine light diagnostic. Chance was very helpful explaining how it works and what to do should I ever need to do it myself, send me an email with the results after going through it with me on his computer, and gave me a free referral to a good shop not far from my house. :) The manager Malcolm was also quite friendly. Overall good experience for someone who's just learning how to take care of my own car!
