3ONE8 Manzanita Vacation Rental ~ Short Term

We have been regular renters at 3ONE8 Manzanita for the past 3 years and absolutely LOVE it! We come several times a year and wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else.The house is CLEAN & comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need to enjoy yourself. It is a very well considered rental. The newer, sleek design is really unique at the coast. No musty smells or funky kitchen here. Everything is so well thought out and cozy! The backyard is so wonderful for our young daughter and dog. We all enjoy the fire pit, and on more than one occasion, have had deer visit the backyard. It is a very quick walk to the beach and to town. Bret is fantastic to work with! He is very personable and so easy to communicate with. I've never had a single issue staying here, but I know if something did happen he would be easy to reach and quick to respond. We plan on being loyal renters for years to come!

3ONE8 is a true beach escape destination- the unit is a short walk to the beach and sits just behind a golf hole on the manzanita course. Enjoy the forested setting while you let your dog roam safely and watch some golf. The unit was recently remodeled with an eye for clean space and attention to detail. The owner is very hands on and will respond to questions or any problem that might arise- I personally never had one.

What is there not to love about this great place to stay? I almost don’t want to share what a fantastic find this place is! I booked a month-long stay while I came out from the East Coast to visit friends in and around Portland. The stay is four blocks from the ocean and two blocks in from the main drag. Working on East Coast time it was fantastic to walk my dog down to the ocean each morning. We did various walks throughout the day in & out of the neighborhood blocks and back to the beach in the evening for sunsets. If you have a dog, then this is a place where you want to be. This is the best dog beach on the Oregon coast. Back to the space - it is stylish, efficient, and comfortable. It really has everything that you could possibly need and want. I worked remotely & the high speed Internet & workspace was top notch. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking gadgets, high end cookware & appliances and there is a spacious backyard complete with a fire pit. The backyard with outdoor dining area & BBQ grill overlooks the golf course. My month-long stay was made complete with the use of a washer and dryer. Bret was a fantastic host. He provided key tips and recommendations about the area and was super responsive to my questions. Do not hesitate to book this stay. My only complaint is that it is already booked for next year! Wah! Wonderful memories will be made in Manzanita. My dog and I cannot wait to return again!

3ONE8 was such a fun experience. 1 block from the Manzanita main strip (Laneda) and 3 blocks from the beach. The place was clean, had all of the tools we needed to make our meals, and the bathroom was plush with heated floors and a GREAT shower. The space fit me, my boyfriend and another couple very comfortably. And it’s dog friendly! I love visiting Manzanita, and 3ONE8 was the perfect setting for a visit there.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. A beautiful kitchen which is well equipped with quality pots, pans, cooking sheets, casserole dishes etc. Every cooking utensil you need is here. The bathroom has heated floors! What a treat. The beds are very comfortable. The linens and blankets smell fresh and clean. The backyard is enclosed for a small dog. A beautiful walk to the beach. I WILL NEVER STAY ANYWHERE ELSE WHEN IN MANZANITA . Bret is OUTSTANDING. . A real pleasure to communicate with. Very quick response. He followed up with me two days after arrival to make sure all was okay and asked if I needed anything or had any questions.

My wife and I stayed at this amazing rental last summer. We loved the proximity to the cute main street Leneda, and just a short stroll to the beach. The Kitchen and Bathroom were great, we cooked in one night and the host had it set up well. We look to return again!
