White Castle

I grew with the legendary white castles in Whiting Indiana. I have high standards. What I got from this location was absolutely great cheeseburgers. They were hot. The buns were just the right texture. They weren’t dry and the pop from the machine was Coke and it was nice and sweet. It wasn’t just bitter carbonation The restaurant was clean. The staff was very nice. I will definitely be back since the one in Chesterton close down.

Always good. I have loved sliders since a young girl, momma would bring us to Blue Island on Western Ave. At least once a month maybe more.

I visited here quite often in the past couple weeks, reliving my teenage times. Lol
It's White Castle! If you haven't tried it, you should. I still call it mystery meat, but I still can't stay away from it 😁

Seems to be under new management as of earlier this year.
Everyone is much friendlier and food even seems better. Great place now!

Everything we expected it to be. Fast service, nostalgic sliders, nice employees. We will probably visit again when we are in the area. Got a box to take home (2 hrs away) and tasted amazing even warmed up.

That stupid AI thing that takes your order is really sucky, does not know what to do sonetimesasked for medium fry instead of the small and when I got my order had both. Also messed my order up they did I asked for the#1 with pepper jack and to my surprise when I got one out later they were doubles with regular cheese

The staff was courteous and helpful. The sliders were very good as always.

It's always a delight to stop at this location, especially when Payton is working. Everyone seems to have a great attitude, and the wait is never long. The food is delicious too! I particularly love the loaded french fries and chicken sliders, never had any complaints about this location. The lobby is kept quite clean too, a nice change from many other fast food locations I've visited in the past.

Got a 30 pack share box to go. Got my order quickly and all 30 sliders were delicious.

This white castles is in a gad station, therefore it has gas station energy. Kinda ghetto but still white castle. Lets be real the foods amazing who cares how the dang lobby looks. Although it is valparaiso so I'm sure a ton of people would be took aback from a not perfect buisness. When I went the other day 2 stones were working and put so many onions on my food it could have killed a dog show. Still good.

When you walk into the courtyard, the towering parapets will take your breath away. I had to joust a fully armoured knight in order to get my chicken rings. Truly a magnificent castle.

It made me feel like I was in the commercials and getting paided for it

Took the younger grands there for a quick bite. They loved the Lil burgers and chicken rings. We have to drive from Plymouth In. to Valpo and we do just for White Castles! The employees were super.

The food was made fresh so you have to wait a little bit but it was absolutely excellent. Only three stars on the atmosphere because it's inside of gas station

Had a sack of onions rings and 4 sliders, and a vanilla shake. They were outstanding 👏

I haven't had white castle in forever but I was extremely surprised of how good the sliders were and the fries were hot and fresh and wasn't loaded up with a ton of salt
