The service was great! Delicious food. I love coming here because you never know what will be on the menu but I know it's some great dishes.

The atmosphere was very pleasant. Quiet enough so we were able to have a conversation. The hostess and server were prompt and friendly. The cocktails were really good! We shared an appetizer of 3 greek spreads with pita bread. Even though I've had versions of these dips/spreads before, these were exceptional. They also have a very good lemon rice soup. For the entree, I had the chicken schnitzel. It's a very generous portion. I've enjoyed it 2 other times, though this time it was very salty as was the side of roasted broccoli. I will give them another chance at this favorite dish though.

Parea is sooooo good! Second time the Wife and I have went here to eat dinner. We will definitely make it a trifecta soon. I would highly recommend this place if You are ever in Downtown Valparaiso. I had the Filet Mignon again since it was cooked to perfection the first time. And guess what, it was just as good the next time, if not better. With Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus, You can't go wrong!

This is a really nice restaurant, very classy decor. There was soft jazz playing in the softly in the background and it's a really nice place to have date night.

We were greeted and seated right away and our server promptly took our order.

My wife and I chose the filet and it was really good. Mine was ordered medium rare and hers was medium and both were perfect. The mashed potatoes were homemade and very tasty. The grilled asparagus was tender and good.

Overall this was a very good meal and we were very happy.

Had dinner here a few weeks ago and still day dreaming about it. Started with one of the specials, they were goat cheese stuffed mushroom caps in a velvety red sauce sprinkled with a crunchy nuts, absolutely delicious. My husband had the filet and it was cooked to perfection. The asparagus was charred and seasoned just right. Storm is a beyond EXCELLENT server and we can’t wait to come back! The stuffed avocado is great for vegetarians!

First visit was excellent. My steak was prepared to a perfect medium and the asparagus was not crunchy nor soft. The home made potatoes were the best we've ever had. Cocktails were different but mixed and pared well with food. Definitely had a better dining experience than kelseys, and was not as expensive. Will revisit to try other parts of the menu.

Really great atmosphere, and delicious food and drinks. I love that Parea has a casual lounge side, and a more fancy restaurant side. Prices are very reasonably as well! Highly recommended.

The restaurant is soooo calm and peaceful. Our server was always right on the spot with everything we needed and the food was perfect! Thank you for a great afternoon

This place is Valpo's little secret. Located right downtown next to the court house. Parea offers a great atmosphere for drinks after work with friends, a great place for a reunion, a business meeting, or even a romantic dinner with your significant other. I had the fig jam and goat cheeseburger. Shelley had the mahi mahi potatoes and broccoli. The burger was cook to perfection and the mahi-mahi has never been more tender. The magician behind the bar Amber made some amazing drinks. (Ask her about her signature drinks!)

This place is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Quick seating and service. Food was great! Taste and presentation on point. Try the Saganaki appetizer!

We had an enjoyable date night dinner. Loved my saganaki & my arugula strawberry salad. The dolmades, avgolemono & greek salad were a hit for my husband :) nice outside atmosphere!

We have been here twice this week. We went for the first time after our grandkids school event on Tuesday. It was a fantastic experience. We had another school event tonight and went there for dinner again. Food is fabulous, drinks are wonderful and service is superb. That will be our go to restaurant after our grandkids events. Thank you for a fabulous dining experience!!!

I got the Parea burger. It was one of the best burgers of my life! It has saganaki on it, caramelized onions, and garlic-cracked pepper aioli. They bring it to the table open faced and light the cheese on fire! As it should be! And the burger was cooked perfectly to medium, as ordered, and well seasoned. Perfection!

We held our 40th class reunion at Paréa. We had the buffet and the food was absolutely wonderful.
The atmosphere was wonderful and everyone was so easy to work with.
Everyone had a good time, plenty of room to eat, mingle and dance for 85 people. Including having room for a dj.
Definitely will keep them in mind for our 45...

The food was very good. My party had the fish & chips, salmon, pork chops, ribeye steak. Everyone was very pleased with their food. Several carry out boxes as the portions were pretty big. All in all, very pleasant!

Lamb chop dinner was better than a steak. Smoked pork chops were the best I've ever tasted. Great special occasion restaurant. You will be pleased.

Shared a supper together with work colleagues; everyone was happy with their orders. Service was solid and the atmosphere was nice - a little on the formal end but still felt very relaxed. This was a great place for tasty and well-prepared food in an environment where you can enjoy each other's company, easily hear each other for conversation, and leave highly satisfied. An ideal place to unwind after a long day at work, hanging out with good company.
