The guys at Car-X always fix my car for a fair rate. If I take my car in for one problem, my care does not develop a random problem a week later. They tell me what's wrong before they fix it and give me options. I've been taking my car there for years.
I highly recommend this place.

Car X employee working the desk is a hidden gem. I wasn't able to use my Google pay and had no cash or cards on me when he did repairs on my tire with a nail in it. He came in and handed me my keys and told me he took care of it. No one has ever done that for me. I truly thank him and I will be allowing them to service my vehicle. Thank you so much. Five stars all the way.

I had a wonderful experience at this location! I have been taking my cars to this shop for 15 or so years and have never had an issue! Yesterday they were playing Disney movies and the Manager Brian was singing along. It was so joyful and the clientele is very diverse so it makes conversations lively. Thank you guys for caring about your customers and taking care of our cars. I am happy with my new rotors and brakes!

Lee and the guys working in the back were phenomenal! Needed last minute safety and emissions done and they were able to get my car in and out super fast!

I called because I had a low tire alert and they were willing to fit me in immediately even though they were busy. I got good advice about my tires, and they were so nice. I will be doing future work with them simply because of their professionalism and honesty. Highly recommend.

I had my first oil change at this car ax on Kings highway. Actually my first time being there ever. Bryan was absolutely amazing! I can't believe how thorough they are. I would like to give more than five stars but that's all there is 😎

Incredible service and assistance. Went in for an emissions test and vehicle inspection. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. Even down to giving me every bit of paperwork I need to register my car. Thank you SO MUCH for your assistance today!

The staff is friendly, the technicians do great work, quick turnaround, and they're always honest and straightforward with cost of parts and labor. These guys do great business and will have ours whenever we need car maintenance.

I have been to this Car-X twice and have received excellent customer service. Making an appointment was a breeze and I was in and out quickly.

I just went in to bring in my vehicle. Bryan The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly professional and he dealt with an unprofessional customer but kept his composure. Bryan is great gentleman who deserves sone recognition

This place is so wonderful, where do I begin! First, I received a reminder call about my appointment second, I was greeted with a smile, wham I walked in. third I was explained exactly what the real problem with my car, 4th, my car parts were taking a bid too long to get to the shop so the manager decided to go get the part himself. 5th, the store was clean and the working environment at this location was spectacular. This was my first time going to car x and it won’t be my last. I work at a school and a hospital and I will spread the new like wild fires. Keep up the fantastic job.

Just had a wonderful experience with Car X on Kingshighway Blvd. Brought in a prospective new vehicle and had Bryan, our Car X Guy, give it an inspection. Bryan gave us a very detailed information that was appreciated.

Brien was a great help on a monday lee usually helps but the car x man was sharp on answers and great with customers even got a tire rotation for free

I made my appointment online, received a confirmation call, and the service was great. No complaints here. They have a "no frills" waiting area which was fine with me. Everyone was super nice and kept me informed on what was found, consulted on their suggestions for service, and the wait was not long. I will keep them in my phone for my next car service.

Let's be honest. No one wants to have to deal with issues that bring us to places like this. It's always inconvenient, and it's always when we haven't planned to spend extra money on our cars...

However, Eric and his crew got me in, got my flat plugged and repaired, and got me back on my way within about 45 minutes, during the morning rush, even though they had customers and vehicles ahead of me. And, for a fraction of the cost of a new tire, much less a pair! They were friendly, neat, and efficient.

So, if you happen to find yourself in a situation like this... Car-X on South Kingshighway is the place you need to find yourself in.

This is the best repair shop I've ever visited. Lee and his crew are the nicest folks you ever want to meet. Car-X Tire & Auto on Kingshighway is the only place I've ever recommended to anyone. Believe me, you will not be disappointed.
