Furniture City

I wrote a negative review several months back and I can’t find it to remove it but I want to say that Carl went above and beyond to make sure I received a new coach at no extra cost. I recently returned and purchased a love seat and when the delivery guys showed up they couldn’t fit it through my living room. Carl allowed me to come in and pick a different love seat and didn’t charge me a delivery fee. Thank you Carl!

Was able to get my daughter a bed here. It was very user-friendly, and they were friendly and amazing I. Definitely recommend

All I know is ask for Carl! Awesome experience with amazing customer service. Went in and found exactly what were were looking for plus a dinning room table. I'm in sales myself and appreciate Carl and his laid back style. He was very informative and helped us pick the perfect set. High quality furniture and great prices. Delivery company was on time and very professional as well. I highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future.

My experience was great. I’ve been looking for a mattress and so when I happened to be in the area and saw this store, I went to check out what they had in stock. I ended up purchasing a lady Americana mattress. It’s been almost a month and I’m very satisfied. Anything is better than the mattress I had before but this one is really comfortable!

Bought my first bed here! It's like any other furniture store but here are a few things that sets them apart

1. They aren't pushy. Most other stores like this associates HOUND you. These ones are kind, check in on you occasionally, and don't bother you to an extent that's annoying.

2. It smells AMAZING in there. Seriously magical

3. They don't seem to have sketchy practices. No "going out of buisness" hustles or anything like that. They sell furniture... that's it. No gimmicks!

I purchased multiple things from this location and Tom is extremely helpful, very patient and not pushy at all. We will be going back to get all of our future furniture from him at this location.

Carl was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the furniture he showed us. He did his best to work with our price range and preferences. We had a great experience!

Walking in I was immediately greeted and was asked what I was in for and one of the guys ( can’t remember his name ) walked me thru the place and helped me figure out what I want when it’s time to buy a bedroom set . I didn’t feel pressured into buying and will definitely be back to buy thank you guys !

Our salesperson Tom (gresham building) is wonderful!! So helpful, extremely nice and really patient while we were figuring out what we were purchasing. I would highly recommend them, I have bought several items from them and very happy with the furniture!

Bought a klaussner reclining sofa and loveseat and they're both great quality and very comfy. Both were in stock so we didn't have any issues getting them. Carl was great at helping us and felt no pressure what so ever to buy anything. He also gave us a deal on a coffee table that has a top that lifts up. Over all great experience, will come back for future purchase.

Great service. The couch we bought is a dream

The staff was very nice and knowledgable. Carl took the time to ask us about what we were looking for and found something in our price range that was perfect. We had been to 4 different furniture stores before going here with people only trying to get a sale. Carl was fantastic and made sure that we were well taken care of. Thank you!

The sales guy was very helpful explained what we were looking for didn't try to show us something else ended up finding a couch that we want and we are very happy we will be purchasing our new couch there very soon.

We just ordered two chairs from Carl. We'd been to a number of furniture stores and he was the most helpful, making sure we understood all the choices that we had. Never pushy. The 2nd time we'd been there, and not bought anything, he was very nice about it saying he just wanted to be sure we got what we wanted. He did remind us to check with him because he could beat others' prices.....and he did. Since we were buying recliners, there are a number of options and sizes. We first wanted a reclining loveseat. He took a bunch of time on those. then we changed our minds and went back another day looking for two single recliner chairs only. Then we changed our minds again and wanted a recliner chair and a regular non-recliner but in matching fabrics. That's what we eventually ordered. And he did beat other stores, by 10% or more, from the other store's sale price.

I have worked with Carl in the Past and just had my first expierence with Tom, I sell Cars so I know how going above and beyond in a sale goes a long way, thank you very much to the folks at furniture city, they have great salesman and a amazing inventory in stock. I have been in Oregon for a short period but this is the only furniture store me and my family will go to!

Phenomenal experience!!
I walked into Furniture City today with a difficult-to-please budget and an aimless sense of consumption; however the salesperson, Tom Dister, worked effortlessly trying to pair me with a platform bed frame that would fit my budget without compromising the aesthetic integrity. He wasn't pushy about making a sale, and although there were several other customers lurking the store he still made effort to answer each of my questions in detail. As well, he even tried wiggling the prices at the lowest he could offer just to satisfy. I truly appreciate that.

I decided to make my own platform bed in my buddy's workshop since my budget was disproportionally low comparative to my tastes. However I felt obligated to share my glowing experience with Tom and hope that potential customers consider Furniture City for their next furniture purcahse.

After spending the day perusing several furniture stores, furniture city was a breath of fresh air. I told the salesman Tom exactly what we were looking for he walked me directly to it and it was exactly what we needed and met every qualification on my list! They have very nice furniture made in Oregon with real wood which for some reason is very hard to find these days. Thank you furniture city for bringing an end to my furniture hunting nightmare.

I love furniture city. The manager Carl is great! You tell him what your looking for and he does what ever it takes to find you the perfect fit. Bought a sectional there and got 12 months interest free and it was custom made in oregon.
