My boys are both on the spectrum and live sand. We came to this park just as a day time filler. We have never been happier. Clean well maintained. It has a huge sand pit to play in and amazing fun equipment. It also has trails we haven't gotten on yet. We can wait. Soccer field and a over hang to eat under. Plenty of seating for parents to watch and well organized so you can see your kids from all areas. My son loved the caves and pretend animals on the walls. This is a must go and we will be back many times this summer.

We come to this park a lot but today we had the rare chance to be the only family there. It was great to run around and my kids love the rock climbing and slides. The swings are also great because there’s big kid and baby swings. My toddler enjoys pointing out the animals that are “hidden” in the rock formations and going through the many tunnels. We also enjoyed a walk around the green space and took a trail through the park with the stroller. We will be back!

A nice very nice spacious little park. Lots of room to place frisbee or throw a football. There is a trail to walk in the splendor of nature. Swings and slides for the kids and a great place to walk your dog just make sure you clean up after him or her.

We loved our time at Founders Park! We wished we would have brought some sand toys to play with, but luckily someone shared theirs. Perfect park for toddlers! We will definitely be back!

Pretty nice park. It has a large playground suitable for mixed ages. There are sand pits, soccer fields, and a large covered pavilion with restrooms, water fountains, and rocking chairs. There appeared to be some trails, but I did not go on them.

Awesome little playground. My kids love playing at the sand area. Good size of shelters are there to sit and enjoy.

We stopped here in a road trip and it was perfect to stretch our legs(and our dogs and our kids) legs too. Nice walking path, play area, and had bathrooms.

Wonderful park! Be warned, the playground has sand, but there is a foot washing station. If you bring sand toys, might want to bring a few extra to share. The playground has walls on three sides so it's easy to watch your kids from the shaded pavilion. Nice restrooms also.

Has a fun sand river (bring sand toys if your kids like sand) and some unique rock-based play structures. Only a few other kids were here when we visited in mid October

It's a great park with a fun playground for the kids, a Little Free Library, plenty of parking, areas to walk, and buildings

Lovely park with restrooms, walking trails, soccer fields, and an awesome paleontologist park for kids. Bring some tools to dig with and explore the different organisms lurking through the playground.

There's a really nice spot that goes a long the water down by the community center, it's a peaceful place to sit and you may see a couple swans as well.

Great day at Founders Park on Christmas eve afternoon. Lots of fun rocks to climb and slides for our grandson. He really enjoys this park as it is geared to the smaller child. Merry Christmas!

If you are looking for a park with a nicely sized sand pit this is the place. Great variety of swings and play sets for the kids. Nice walking trails that leads to a pond. I saw a few soccer goal posts to come and play soccer as well.

There is a unique feature here for little ones, a sand river. It is a great place for tiny ones to dig and build in the sang, right in the middle of the playground. There are clean bathrooms, and a great big pavilion. We love the walking trails too!

We love this park! It's a bit of a drive but worth it. The sand play is amazing, and a very spacious shelter is placed well so you can watch the kids while in the shade. Or hop in the sand with them! There's also a place to rinse off (kids use it to fill their buckets with water to make wet, moldable sand as well). I recommend visiting earlier in the spring and summer before some burrowing wasps (not very aggressive) decide to build their homes in the sand later in the summer. Thankfully they usually stay in one area of the sand, leaving the rest to the kids. The playground is very creative too! I'm a little wary of letting my kids climb on the big climbing rocks as it seems to me there's not really enough of a soft landing if they fell.

Larger fields to play impromptu kickball, soccer and cricket.

A very fun playground and park for the kiddos. There is a sandbox that runs through a "creek" through the center of the playground. It can get a little messy with kids playing in the sand, but they have a blast, and there's nothing quite like it at other parks. The sand is one of the main attractions, but there are still slides, and things to climb on and swings. There are walking trails that go by a lake. The park is clean and well kept. It is really a well maintained park that is fun for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors. I would highly recommend visiting.

Love this park. Kids can ride bikes on the circular paths, which means they don't get out of sight. The kids absolutely adore the sand pit that runs through. Climbing rocks are a blast and restrooms are clean. So thanclose by a well maintained park closeby.
