Very helpful. Scheduled my appointment online for a discount. Quick turnaround for glass replacement on one of my iPhones. Good prices on cases. Knew what everything would cost once I came back for pickup. Would recommend if you’re debating on going elsewhere.

We had a great experience at your store! My husbands iPhone charging port had been acting up for a while. He could never get it to charge without
messing with the cord for countless minutes! We decided to stop in to the store to get an estimate for how much it would cost to get it fixed. A friendly employee took a look at it and told us that he felt like maybe there was dust in the port and wanted to take a quick look. He pulled dust bunnies that weren’t visible to the eye out of the port and it worked perfectly when he plugged a charger into it! We had already taken the phone to AT&T and they said our only real option was to replace it! We were so thankful for his knowledge! We asked how much we owed and he told us that it was free of charge! He saved us a ton of money and an unnecessary phone upgrade! We will forever bring our iPhones to this business! Thanks for great service!!

What a great experience we had; came in looking for a battery and to make a long story short it was the best phone set up experience I’ve ever had. A safe, secure and user-friendly place. I can’t say enough about this place! I walked in with my son’s iPhone that wouldn’t charge. I had blown canned air into the port but that didn’t help. The young man who helped me took it in the back and came out in a couple of minutes! He had found some lint deep down in the port, removed it and the phone is working great! He also gave me good information about a new phone for my husband and we will probably buy it here!

This is my second time going to iMechanic in West Lafayette, and once again I am impressed with the service. Eddy answered my call initially because my 5yr old Mac Air screen was not turning on. After I paid a reasonable price for a screen replacement and labor, iMechanic also updated the software. After that Eddy noticed that the laptop was still not turning on when not plugged in; he offered to do a replacement only for the cost of the battery. Throughout the whole process the communication was outstanding, letting me know exactly when to come back into the store, so the transactions were always quick and I could get right back to using the Mac ASAP. I definitely recommend iMechanic for inexpensive and rapid Apple computer or phone repair!

A few weeks ago I took my phone in because the screen was completely shattered. They replaced the screen in less than two hours and now it's good as new! A little pricey but worth it. Tyler, the manager was great and cleaned the dust out of my laptop and my phone speaker!

I came in a few days ago with an issue with my 6 plus, the screen was black but still getting messages. The cute employee Tyler took my phone for less than a minute and he fixed it. Good as new! Since he did it within a few seconds he didn't charge me!! Great service and an amazing experience! Definitely will be back with anything else I have problems with!😀

I brought in my HTC phone to get the charging port replaced. They replaced it in the time they said the would and it worked great. When they fixed the charging port the speaker used to make calls was damaged. It was under warranty, and they fixed it for no additional charge. I am happy that I get to keep my phone and not have to buy a new one. They do great work, and make sure that they don't stop until everything is fixed. I was told at Best Buy I would have to buy a new phone because it would cost more to fix than to buy a new phone. They were wrong. It was a fraction of the cost of a new phone. If you have an issue with your phone go here first.

Amazing experience here! I brought my phone to Genius Phone Repair to get the screen fixed and they fixed the cracks but damaged my display and made everything on my phone look green and have lines on it. Brought it here to get it corrected and they did a great job! Definitely recommend.

My wife brought our daughters refurbished iPhone 6 down for a few small issues....They fixed the problems within a couple of hours! The staff here
are “Top Notch” and very honest too!

Was prepared to give a negative review.... never was a huge fan of apple products, anyhow their service is amazing and even though I had doubts, they more than exceeded my expectations. I was expecting that they wouldn't be able to fix her phone (My Ex's) but they fixed it and made it seem almost brand new and for cheaper than the other places that offered to fix her phone. The people here were friendly and I now actually feel kinda bad for doubting them, would actually think them to be fun to hang out with, very nice people with great service!

Years back, my laptop got spilled with milk. It has been functioning but fans being turned on frequently. Took it to Apple and was informed that they need to change the whole mother board (because of the spill)which would be like buying a new computer, price-wise at least. A trusted friend recommended me to iMechanic. The tech person (Tyler) was very friendly and gave me detailed explanation as what he was going to do and what would be the expected outcome, which was very helpful for me to make a decision. After his excellent job, I can still have many years with my computer. I find the tech people here are trust-worthy, very caring with full intent to provide great service to customers. Highly recommend this place.

I shattered my iPhone screen and they were able to replace it within two hours. No appointment was necessary. Service was fast and easy, and they did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again for repair needs.

Great service. I’ve had numerous phones repaired here. Knowledgeable and fast. Much less expensive than the other places in Lafayette. One downtown quoted $70 more for an iPhone 8+ screen replacement than iMechanic

I had the screen on my iPad air 2 fixed at
IMechanic. They did a wonderful job, and I was able to get it back the same day. They were very nice. I found the price to be reasonable. I just found out about their store, wish I had known about it sooner. Could have saved me some money on several other devises that I had to replace screens on. If you have glass to replace you will love this store.

Staff with hand's of a doctor. My item was a pretty penny my account didn't have,but a job absolutely well done & my heart was much better. This is the place you can bet ya money on.

I didn't realize that they had already closed, but the man I talked to was willing to stay after and help me. He was very helpful - he even explained to me what the problem could be, how they could fix it, and what I would be paying for. Due to my work schedule, I would be arriving after closing again the next day, but he waited at the store for me so he could make sure I got my phone back and so he could explain what they did :) Highly recommend them!

I needed the top case on my Macbook Air replaced. iMechanic did the work within 12 hours with no appointment. The price for the replacement was reasonable, and the customer service was great. They called me, left a voice mail, and emailed me to inform me that my computer was ready to be picked up. Overall, great experience - much better than going to the Apple store.

This store has saved me, personally and work related. My screen was smashed to the point of no redemption, and when getting my new phone via insurance- EVERY other Apple or Apple related store was unable to transfer my old information without access to my passcode.

As soon as I explained what was wrong, their employees were quick, efficient, helpful, friendly, the list continues. I will ALWAYS bring my device here first. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
