By far the best experience I have had for my second time ever as a new patient. My psychiatrist April was super friendly and was there to listen to everything that I had on my mind regarding mental health and very understanding about everything I have been going thru and was able to significantly make my day in a short span of time during my appointment. Also my doctor Angela that I saw the first time as a new patient had very similar qualities when it comes to friendliness and understanding of everything that was on my mind and nobody has been judgmental rather the opposite showing care and support. I also find the MYCHART app super useful when it comes to keeping up to date on scheduled appointments, needing to directly message a doctor, lab results, and many other super useful benefits. For all of the negative reviews/experiences that everyone has given Wallace I am lucky enough to be one of the very few ppl that had nothing but positivity to say about Wallace.

This is a great place to receive care with mental physical or dental concerns you have the staff is very nice & the care given is amazing I'd recommend it to anyone looking to better themselves in any of things I mentioned above!!!

I've gone to both this one and the Rockwood one. The staff is always very polite the only problem with the Gresham one is that there's only front desk person so it's hard to get in contact with them at times just keep trying or go in.

Always so caring for patients and going above and beyond for us.

While the doctors and nurses & front desk are nice, I do have a few complaints I feel are justified. There is a newer protocol I found very difficult to work around. If you miss 2 appointments in a row, whether it be an undependable ride (such as my situation) or any other reason, no exceptions, you are put on a same day appointment status. This means calling every day at 8am in hopes to catch a same day appointment someone recently cancelled. It took me 3 weeks, I was afraid I was in non-immediate danger and nothing could be done. When I finally got this appointment, I was called back immediately and was told it needed to be cancelled as a scheduling mistake had been made (this has happened with half of my appointments).
Thankfully there was one more appointment available by mobile doctors office van. Another problem making this more difficult is getting someone to actually answer the phone. Most same day appointments are taken by 8:15am.
This situation does not apply to everyone, thank the lucky stars, but if it does I hope this information helps.
Disclaimer: I am in no way putting this at any one persons fault, I understand how protocols work. I just found this situation rather difficult and unneccesarily stressful.

Earlier this week we made an appointment for 11 a.m. we showed up promptly at 11 a.m. and we were told that we would have to come back after their lunch at 1pm. Again, we arrived promptly filled out the paperwork and sat there and waited. After about an hour we went up and asked what was going on we were told that we had a walk-in appointment. Impossible since we scheduled a few days in advance. Literally a waste of time, especially with wisdom teeth coming in. Unprofessional. Unmotivated. Unfriendly. I turn into such a Karen when y'all wait my valuable time.

Horrible place I'm looking for a new clinic, they changed locations without leaving a voicemail. And the girls were super rude and refused to give me the office managers information. Why should I have to reschedule when you change clinic locations the day of!!!

I have been going to the doctors here. One doctor is my favorite, so I am in between finding a dentist so I decided to try this place all I can say huge mistake. I have never been in so much pain in my life as they tried to pull one of my teeth, this dentist was so inexperienced and it showed she hurt me so much and then they brought in another Dentist to try and they simply could not get me numb enough . I seriously want to run back to my other dentist as annoyed as I was with them at least he knew what they were doing so I leave here in excruciating pain , still have the tooth, and they were trying to get me to reschedule to come back and then I find out the dentist has been there. The longest been doing dentistry. The longest is six years. Nope I think I am going to keep shopping around. I felt like I was in some chop shop somewhere, this is not a good feeling at all and i have never experience pain like this

i've waited Months for a call to schedule me with their psychiatrist. as someone with mental illness (that they don't even have on my file!), this is dangerous. since they won't schedule me with their psychiatrist, i've asked about medication. they've increased my dose of antidepressants to the max and they still dont work (obviously). i've told them my mental health is worsening even when my meds increase and have been brushed off multiple times. don't rely on wallace for mental health services.

The most horrible and disappointing experience. The staff is truly uncaring and bluntly obvious about it, except for one nurse who took the time to speak with me and actually answer questions which I appreciated but ultimately could not do anything about their inability to truly care for patients.
Only having been to the clinic once I showed up to my appointment with not a single person letting me know that since my last visit the clinic had moved so I went to the old clinic and was told to still come in I would be fitted in. When I arrived for my appointment I was less than 15min late but had communicated the reason being that I went to the wrong building and the front desk associate let me know that they had to check if the clinician wanted to"still see me" which was extremely off-putting and already making me feel unwanted or cared for. After being in the back for over 10min he came back to tell me that due to the fact that I was so late they could not see me now and would need to reschedule to over a month out. I asked what my appointment was listed as and he just ignored me and started giving me new times. I told him I needed to see a doctor more urgently as I had been sick and was concerned and he just said there was no other options. I left irritated and called after to speak to a nurse which took 3 days before even speaking with one who basically told me that they do not do any earlier appointment unless I wanted a telehealth that would be 2 weeks from now and gave me conflicting information on my appointment type and needs. I asked to speak to another nurse who confirmed that they are not equipped to care for people with my condition and that my best best was just to go to UC regarding the check up I was requesting they did not feel that it was necessary even though it was recommended by my previous doctor. All in all I have never been so disappointed with a company as a whole and will never be back there again. I have already requested the change with my insurance and wish anyone who is forced to go there a better experience!

I've gone through severe medication withdrawal three times because staff here won't respond to prescription refill requests. They don't return phone calls, make excuses, and blame patients for their mistakes. It seems like the providers here care and they have helped me, but the assistants and office staff don't do the bare minimum so I can't access that help.

For mental health services this office is not good.
You can't speak directly with someone to make an appointment. They tell you that they will call you back for an apt and I've been playing phone tag for weeks.
As someone with mental health issues, making appointment and calling doctors is ALREADY a struggle.
I finally got a psychiatrist nurse apt and now they are telling me I need to reschedule. I've left two voice-mail and nothing.

By far the worst care I've ever received. They call atleast everyday to try and bully me. I only see them for one issue but they feel the need to harass and make it hard just to get my inhaler. I tell them I see other Dr's for other issues that doesn't suffice them they still call daily. I work 7 days a week I don't have time for anything other than a phone appointment but still they call and call and try to make me come in for a check up just for my asthma. Im not sure why they think they need to see me in person for just an inhaler. Worst care ever I wish I knew the Dr's name cuz I really am sick of how I've been treated.
