All around good experience real friendly staff busy but understandable being a gas station and U-Haul

Best place ever to go every works together as a team and keeps everything up to date in the store

Customer services and cleaningness was excellent

They have a unique slaction. The employees are nice. Also knowledgeable.

The cashiers are nice but are always on there cell phones and don't say anything to you just how much you owe them and then back to there phone call in other languages I thought that was rude but cigarettes are 6 dollars a pack so they are cheap

Beware of this station. If you plan on doing a debit pay outside on the machine they will. Oh, take a deposit out of your bank account and wait until it's convenient for them to pay it back. I stopped for a quick 10 bucks cause I was in a hurry the other night and. It cost me $34 and I still haven't reimbursement. I needed that money today. For more gas if I had known this ahead of time. I would have never stopped at a 181st and Stark shell.

The caucasian guy working the pumps was having a conversation with a woman when I drove up. I waited a few minutes and started the engine up is when he walk over to do his job.
I told him "No" that I did not have all day to wait on him to have a conversation with the woman! I also told him he also blew a $90 sale because my work truck was on empty. He really did not care but I am sure the owner will!!!

You don’t even deserve the one star. Yesterday I came in to buy my baby some milk because I was waiting for the tow truck to come get my vehicle. Your cashier was very rude and pretty much threw the milk across the counter. I was frustrated and on the phone with the tow truck company. I’m not going to be treated that way by some scumbag behind a counter. I will not be coming back to this business for any reason in the future

This place is awful. The guy who runs it pays zero attention to what he's doing. I called ahead to ask what I needed to do to rent a van. He told me to book it online through uhaul and come pick it up. I come in and he helps at least 5 other people who came in after I did. When he finally gets to me he barely makes eye contact and takes my ID and credit card. Then silently enters my information into the system and finally tells me he can't give me the van because my information is already in the uhaul system and that I shouldn't have entered my information into the website. Refuses to help and points to a sign that says he has the right to refuse service to anyone. So FYI anyone who needs to pick up a rental here you are supposed to select "cash"? As on option when making the reservation or you won't be able to pick up. I've worked in customer service my entire life and there is no excuse to be so rude when handling a transaction, much less one you messed up by providing bad invalid information. Absolutely hate this place.

Gas station employee with a beard came back after tank was full and started to add more to it. I told him to stop and that it was full already 2 or 3 times he looked at me and then kept going, each time. He just said that he wanted it to be an "round it up" even though I told him not to several times. He rounded it up nearly $3. If he did it to us he's probably doing it to everyone he fills up which is a scam. I will never visit this station again and would advise others do not support scammers either. Ridiculous.

I went here so I could use my fred meyer's points. I has 70 cents off Of the crazy price of 3.19. I gave my phone # he said 70 cents so yeah fill it up. Got my receipt and found out it was full price. I Asked to have fixed inside and they wouldn't fix it.

Been waiting 10 minutes (after paying) to get some flippin ice...
