老街上的雜貨店/五金行，裡頭販售的幾乎都是較為傳統的工具、物品等等，雖然還稱不上古早，但在現代都市生活已經難以見到這些傳統的東西，且大多為生活用品諸如掃把、畚箕、蓑衣等等，這些東西雖然因便利性、CP值不足被現代生活逐漸淘汰，但有些東西仍充滿著早期人們的生活智慧，絕對有它們存在的價值，進入店內參觀，會發現裏頭處處是珍寶，有許多數年沒見過甚至是從未見過的物品，例如用純手編的竹椅，雖然笨重但透氣涼爽且耐重，比起都市中隨手可得的塑膠椅，坐在這種竹椅上別有一番風味。
