電費逾期無法繳納電費，店員要我自己去電力公司繳，我自己上網才發現原來便利商店就可以補印條碼，我馬上像同一個店員表示他們有這項服務，應該要告知，不然會讓客人白跑一趟。其實我只是要點明一個小疏忽，會造成客人不便。但是那名店員反而辯解說因為有別的客人曾經印不出來所以才沒有告訴我，並不是他不知道。

這種服務態度非常不可取。1.如果真是如他所說表示這個便利商店的機器很有問題到現在都還沒有修好，表示店的管理有問題。2.如果是不小心忘記只要說不好意思下次會注意就好了，明明從事服務業還要爭面子。

最後這位小姐說的不高興了，就說不要跟我辯，態度很差，我說我想像店長反應，他說他就是店長名叫碧蓮。

碧蓮店長還很傲氣的說我可以打電話給萊爾富的客服反應。

所以來這家的人必須自求多福，我不知道別的店員如何，但是至少這位自稱為店長的人連提供什麼服務都不清楚。
