About 30 minutes drive from Tamsui mrt station, perfect spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Amazing sunset views and many restaurants along the stretch.

A cold weather today after long pouring rain and now this view is awesome. A seaside park in front of the ocean.

Good to relax especially, unwind, the dating area is good too, have family bonding, and do some picnics or outdoor activities.

There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby to the shore.

So if you feel hungry or need some snacks to eat, you can choose what cafe you like.

Nice spot for watching the sunset. Weekdays are much quieter. It takes about 30 min on the bus to get here from the Damshui MRT station.

One of the best 🏝🏖 . Even it is not that big, but it is very cozy place. The beach is clean, very suitable for those who wants to come with kids.
The best part is the sunset time. It is better to come to the beach in the afternoon and stay there till the evening.
There are toilet and shower room, also the water is available to clean you feet from sand. But you have to pay 10 ntd and wait in the line for while. You will have only a minute to wash your feet.

Convinient store (7-11) is not that far and there are very nice restaurants near by. If you will get hungry you will have choices of food to eat.

What I have noticed is that people come there wearing nice outfits because there are many spots for photography. So if you want to go there you can consider to wear something beautiful and have a nice pictures:)))

It is a beautiful beach coast with many romantic cafes, parks, and beaches suitable for family gatherings. In recent years, there have been many cafes and guesthouses full of exotic flavors. There are also homestays combined with cafes. Facing the seaside, people have a sense of freshness away from the bustle of the city. And each cafe has stairs at the back so that passengers can go to the beach, play, take pictures, to increase the fun

The beach is so nice!!! I visited here on the begining of March, and the weather is perfect!! You can watch sunset, but it doesn't set on the horizon. Still nice tho.
It has bidet for feet washing the restroom.

If you are in the north, then this would be one of the best places to see the sunset. A good family/friends weekend hangout place. Enough place for accommodating many people at once. Just sit on the cement platform and enjoy the sunset.

This place is great during November. The weather was nice enough to get in the water and very few people were there. There are restrooms, it seems pet friendly and they have facilities to wash off the sand!

This beach is great because the sand bar extends very far into the water during high tide, and then reveals plenty of small animals to observe during low tide. We set up near the rocks on the edge to go tide pooling as well.

Love to come here to run on the beach, walk the promenade, or have a picnic. It's near Taipei, very close to Danshui, and it's clean enough to enjoy the water as well.

My first beach trip in Taiwan, nice experience. Quite busy on weekends, many cafe along the walkway. It's been cloudy and occasional rain during my stay but I still managed to catch a glimpse of a little sun set.

Good for small kids to touch water and parents not to worry about drowning. Wear water shoes so you don’t cut your feet like I did. The restaurants along the beach have amazing views and the biggest mango smoothie I’ve ever seen!

Awesome sea views and you can lay down enjoy relaxing. Many restaurants here offer great food, come with family and friends, happy time!

I love this area. Great for people of all ages as there's a little beach, lots of photo opportunities for Insta-crazy crowds and an array of restaurants to choose from. I've been here with friends and by myself to work on my laptop. I usually go to MIK9 for Indian food but have also tried Bossa Nova and it's a nice upscale experience. There are other restaurants that look inviting and I'm keen to try them some day. If you drive up here, you need to pay a one time parking fee of TWD100 so it might not be worth it for a very short trip.

45ish minutes away from Tienmu. We went on a holiday and it wasn't too busy. Windy but expected for a beach. Water felt great. Nice little restaurant up top, and showers for $10-30NT to clean up afterwards. Parking was $100 NT. We will visit again.

The place so amazing

One of my favorite beach in North of Taiwan. It is not crowded and noisy.

Lovely beach to bring the family. There's facilities and cafes here along the boardwalk. Also beach parking is 100nt flat rate.

Easy accessable beach with restaurants and public washroom
