Best tea bar ever! I had such a great time sampling 3 different teas, six brew each to taste the different depth of each brew. This company has been in the tea business for decades and have their own plantation nearby.

Good services and keen on the their own product. Shop owner give us great recommendation to pick up tea.

In addition to being a tea store, the shop has hand poured drip filter coffee with a choice of two beans. The coffee went well with the sunrise biscuits.

The young guy is very patient and friendly, he offered us to up to 3 types of tea leaves and each types of tea leaves he offered us to drink 7 cups as well.

If you’re not sure which type of tea leave suits you, you should ask the young guy, as he will offer you for trying.

Shop is tucked away and almost missed it. The sunrise cookies (qq 饼) is so delicious. It's a cookie with mochi filling. Would recommend the Sakura flavour.

You can try for free, if you can stomach 7 cups of tea.

Boss was very nice, recognised that I was from Singapore and offered me a complimentary bottle of cold tea to tackle the hotter climate back home.

The owner and staff are so friendly and helpful!They have hand drip Alishan coffee as well as a variety of teas! They also sell some small souvenirs like cookies and mochi!

The shop keeper maybe the owner, was really passionate about tea. You can tell by how patiently explain to us during tasting session. Their tea is one of the best that I tried during our visit in Taiwan! the price is definitely not cheap but over better value compared to other shops and teahouse that we visited. Recommend.

I googled “best tea house” in Alishan and it led me to this shop! The lady who owns the shop was an absolute dear. She spent the afternoon patiently giving us an interesting education in the art of choosing and brewing tea, while pouring us cup after cup of 3 different kinds of oolong tea! We learnt so much about Taiwanese culture and her people, and enjoyed the wonderful chat we had with her! The tea quality was amazing and at the same time extremely reasonably priced and she gave us so many gifts too after our purchase. We felt like we spent a day in our friend’s house, drinking tea and had the best time! I strongly recommend that you drop by this shop if you’re looking for the best tea Taiwan has to offer!

The brothers in this shop are full of knowledge about tea and also provided good services. They provided tea and coffee tastes before selling them. The packages are designed by their mother which are very beautiful. The boys can explain how to make a nice tea in English.

This is the best place to buy Ali-Shan teas. They are very friendly and have great knowledge about tea. They gave us many cups of tea for tasting and taught us how to find out good tea leaf. That was like instant tea class. We had great time with tasty teas. They sell not only tea but also Ali-Shan coffee! I bought a cup of dark roasted Ali-Shan coffee. I was surprised they brewed coffee by hand and it’s made to order. Coffee was tasty and had unique flavor. That can be from Ali-Shan soil which is great and makes what Ali-Shan coffee is. I highly recommend to visit this store for teas and coffee.

Friendly people speak good English. They will answer all your questions. You can try the tea for free, be sure to be thirsty enough for 7 cups.

Good service. Reasonable price and very high quality of alishan ooglong tea. Spring alishan tea as we try is very aroma and smooth taste. Highly recommend.
