Great Costco experience. The store including the food court and parking lot can get busy.

Just like Costco anywhere else in the world. Return policy is great. Super busy on the weekend, would recommend avoiding if you can. They got some cool food like Laksa, hot pot package, strawberry cake and etc. I was happy to see they sell instant pot now - apparently it's the only place they sell instant pot in Taiwan.

No parking fee on weekends and before public holidays.

Opening hours: 10:00 am to 09:30 pm
Tends to open around 09:30 am, which is actually the best time to shop to avoid the weekend crowds.

Extremely clean and well-managed, highly recommended. Very friendly and English-speaking staff.

If the ground floor parking area signals "Full", you can still find a spot in the spacious outdoor area. The indicator is just for the indoor parking area.

Costco still has the best customer service and the best products; even half way around the world from where I'm from. Hot dog & drink is less than the $1.50 in the States (NT50), rotisserie chicken is slightly more.

I was able to use my membership card from America to buy some larger packages of local items and food from the states. Best prices for lunch meat and American bacon.

It is a great place for shopping! We come here every week. The space is spacious, and the layout is well-designed for smooth movement. We visited the New Taipei City Costco once and had to wait in line for nearly two hours, only to be told to leave without being allowed to park. I will never go to the New Taipei City store again. On the other hand, shopping at the Beitou store was a delightful experience for me.

FYI this is the only Costco in Taipei (and maybe all of Taiwan) where you can enter and eat the food court food without any membership card necessary ~~ and of course the classic hot dogs, bulgolgi/chicken bakes, super affordable huge and authentic American pizza, are all so worth it and cheap with huge portion!! The Taiwan unique flavors are the seafood pizza, some seasonal desserts that change (mango shaved ice, matcha shaved ice with red bean, honey ice cream, caramel crunch soft serve, boba matcha soft serve etc), clam chowder and the chicken sammie with thousand island!! Sooooo worth it and satisfying ♡♡ 300nt only for a huge pizza is also the best and tastiest deal for Taiwan pizza!! ♡♡♡

Its amazing, I go to buy 3 things and come out with 30. Actually, quite happy with my purchases there.

Even through the pandemic Costco is extremely organized including Easy QR code check-in. Take away only in the food court.

Exceptionally helpful with finding the right sized chair and cushion set for my living room. Loved the yougert fruit sundae and latte. The staff if young people offered to help me which I really appreciated since it was my first time and its hugh, on 2 stories. There were many new food items that,I love. The only thing that I was unable to get were dark chocolates from France.I really miss them I will go back.

Less busy than the Neihu store as it feels more spacious. Huge range of produce available, can find anything there.

Regular Costco feeling compared to the ones in the US, with a bit of taiwan touch as pretty much everything else in this country.
They offer a wide selection of American and European brands as long as a few Asian and local brands, and Kirkland's as well.
The food court is kinda adapted to the local flavor, but still a great place to eat with soft drink refills. IMO they make the best cheese pizza you can find in taiwan.
They accept their own credit card or cash as methods of payment, be aware.

It's a nice place to buy groceries 🫶🫶

Very happy with the new arrangement for the breastfeeding room , they have changed the baby changing diaper bed into a safer one with a safety belt, also they changed the small breastfeeding chair into very comfortable big sofa , cleaner too.

It would be nice if Costco puts water machine there for moms to prepare/warm the milk.

So if you need a breastfeeding room , you can use it safely and comfortably, even if you don't have Costco card and or you are not going to buy anything.

I like how the food menu is different than the US. Love the mango shaved ice

We ate costco's foods such as cheap hotdogs with unlimited refill of drinks, clam chowder soup, big slice of pizza. Good value of money. A big hotdog with free refill of soda for 50 NT$. Super fast service.

I think this Costco is a 4.5/5. Having shopped at Costco for over 30 years in different countries, I would say that this is a pretty solid one. Good location, easy to get in and out, good selection given its size and friendly staff. It’s always very clean and the shelves are usually well stocked. I like that it’s one floor and not split between two floors. This makes it my favorite Costco in Taiwan.

I had some issues with this particular store but the staff reached out to me and really went the extra mile to maintain an extremely high level of service. They resolved my issues and went out of their too sincerely apologize. I think the people that work here take pride in working for Costco. I take a lot of pride being a Washington state native and Costco being a Washington state company.

The bottom line is this store offers a lot of goods and services that are just not possible to get anywhere else in Taiwan. The level of detail and replicating the experience of a US Costco is so meticulous and extreme it’s fascinating. I could literally point out several hundred small details that mirror a Costco in Washington state. This goes even down to the way the store smells the same as a US store. I mean that in a positive way.

I would give 5/5 five stars instead of 4.5 stars if this Costco had a larger selection of high quality cheeses, cured meats, olives, humus, salsas and Mexican style black beans. This isn’t to say they don’t have these items and the limited selection is most likely a reflection of local customer tastes. Costco is still has a much much better selection than Carrefour and more importantly much better customer service and employees that seem to not actively hate their job. Unlike Carrefour or PX Mart全聯 where many grumpy overworked and under paid workers can be found visibly hating their work on any given day.

The best place to shop for expats! Yearly card is about 1200NT, but if you want to eat at the restaurant, just whether through the exit and 99% of the time they will not ask to show a card.

Scooter and car parking is plentiful, and is relatively empty during work hours. Weekends are jam packed, and can get very frustrating, so avoid Saturday and Sunday afternoon/evenings!
