Fo Guang Shan Ji Le Temple

Amazing wall murals (frescoes?) In the central main hall. A nice lady who was hesitant to shake my hand told me not to take pictures. I like you very much, and I think I should be married to a woman like this. Lovely Buddhas to teach us lord here as well.

Foguangshan Jile Temple is Keelung’s largest Buddha Temple. You can find the spacious 8-floor-building in the heart of the city just close to the river. It’s a really beautiful and modern temple to visit as it was rebuilt in 1991. Foguangshan Jile Temple features a lecture hall, an education center and a vegetarian restaurant.

Peaceful as you can get in amongst the hustle of the scooter horns and exhausts. Vegetarian restaurant was really tasty and decent choice. Didn't take any photo's inside as I got the stink eye from 2 of the staff.

The vegetarian restaurant close to the temple is amazing!!!!!

感覺有點嚴肅的寺廟，有那種一切照規矩來行事的作風，而我對類似太講究的地方都是敬而遠之，會來這地方的人是令人敬佩的，因為總是帶著和氣的面容，而且很守處所的規矩，但我會覺得彆扭，因此看一下周遭，感應了氣息，不適合我，在外我拍了幾張照片，便離開了，但這寺廟是可以感受到莊嚴的氛圍～

菩薩莊嚴的法相與自然發出的檀香味，總能安定我們漂泊的心。

佛光山基隆市極樂寺；法師及道場師兄師姐待人親切，讓人賓至如歸，如同自家，有定期法會舉辦，有素餐廳供人消費飽食。

基隆佛光山極樂寺照著每年時令舉辦各種法會，法師們高亢的誦經節奏讓人心領神會、共沐神恩，每位信眾內心都相當感動。法會現場佈置的隆重莊嚴，讓參與的信眾蒙佛恩賜、共享人間福報。極樂寺的慈善義行活動更是不遺餘力，令人欽佩！

淨心禮佛的好地方，現在4樓有覺年法師的一筆畫展覽，大家可以斟酌狀況去參觀，現在疫情嚴重，還是小心一點！

佛光山極樂寺(前身為淨土真宗本願寺派基隆布教所光尊寺)參拜，

並參拜日本人留下之西國三十三觀音的菩薩像，第三番粉川寺的千手千眼觀世音菩薩之石像。還安奉有準提觀音之石像，準提觀音佛母尊於現圖大悲胎藏生曼荼羅第二佛母院七尊中之一，為蓮華部之母而與『白衣觀音母』不二。

司生蓮華部諸尊功德之德即「自性清淨法性」、「慈悲救度」、「增益・敬愛」。

與她相對之佛母尊為同樣位於佛母院的「Vajrāmogha-samaya-sattva(安樂不空金剛三昧耶真實佛母)」，她與準提觀音佛母皆源於女神Durga。安樂不空金剛三昧耶真實佛母是金剛部之母而與金剛母(Māmakī )不二。

交通方便，離火車站約半公里，本已報名參加皈依，因為疫情而取消。
