我一定要給萬里郵局的上上下下一個五星好評！由於我本身的失誤，造成包裹寄送收件人地址有誤，由於擔心所以我一早就打電話去騷擾郵局人員，接電話的大哥非常專業的解答了我的問題，讓我初步的了解狀況，而後我跑了一趟郵局，我了解一大早就上工還要處理這麼棘手的問題會讓人很煩躁，但是接洽的小姐非常客氣親切又禮貌，耐心地協助我這個北七，還不厭其煩地協助我查詢包裹，告知我接下來該如何處理，並且主動和我說有後續狀況會在聯繫我！這中間他還要處理其他排隊的人，但是沒有絲毫的不耐煩，真的非常優秀，讓我很感動。希望有更多人可以看到我們萬里郵局的每一位員工有多麼的棒！
