和平島島晝會營地位於遊客中心、天然海水泳池與地質管制區~萬人堆之間的一塊草皮上，這裡放置了幾個白色的露營車，我們是參加園區兩個導覽中的一個~「全區深度環境解說」時，熱心的導覽員陳石明先生，講解地質時，走進地質管制區，欣賞了區內的奇岩異石與奇特的海蝕地形景觀時，有位遊客提問了，才知道這些露營車是用來提供打算在此夜宿，參與潮間帶、賞螢與觀日出活動的遊客所準備的，目前，因為消防設施還沒通過安檢，所以，尚未啟用營業。
