Art Spa Hotel

The facilities are a bit run down but they have a great selection of hot spring pools. It’s also kid friendly and they have a few slides. The big slide is only open from Friday- Sunday with one hour in the morning, afternoon, and evening. They also have flavored hot springs, hot stones, steam rooms and saunas. Would recommend visiting in the cold. If you park across the road, you can get free parking for up to 3 hours.

My skin was so smooth but not wrinkled after 1.5 hours in the hot springs water! Bring a towel, slippers, cap, your swimsuit and 10NTD for the locker. Highly recommend!

-unlimited entry into its hot spring areas up to 1h after checkout (outdoors and indoors). Rmb to bring swim wear and swim hat else you can buy in the hotel (which is comparable if not cheaper than the stalls outside). Entry into springs is based on a sticker that can be redeemed at the concierge. There are lockers at NT10 inside if you want to put your belongings.
-food wise can walk out, turn right of the hotel walk around 10mins (use Google maps), alot of good stalls on the same way to McDonalds. There is even a supermarket on the way.
-Some worthy food mentions:Linjia Guangdong Beef Noodle Restaurant (not a looker, v discreet but we swear the beef noodle soup taste can match big brands and names like the liu shan cough in taipei), 香肠伯（standalone 烧烤摊位), Sinbow scallion expert (order the scallion spiral pizza 葱派，we went back for it 3 times in our 2D1N)

It has three different pool areas (1 indoor, 2 outdoor) that all have a lot of massage buttons to press and try out different features. Also has steam bath, sauna and relax areas like a heated tiles to lie on.
good for kids as well, since it has a kids pool and two water slides, but the slides have limited opening hours
Entrance 350NTD on weekends and 300NTD on weekdays.
Free parking across the street in their parking garage for 2h

Nearby lots of change to the shops and some are under construction, hope new and better shops and restaurant will be here the next time we come!

Still one of my family favourite destination in Taiwan! My smaller kid is now 4 and can better appreciate the hot spring and had more fun this time.
Pity is the hotel is now more crowded than before with lots of tour buses each day and it gets pretty crowded, some kids from these other countries are very unruly in the pools with no adults to supervise them. Hotel should implement policy to ensure all kids are supervised by and adult! Will still keep visiting until it becomes too unpleasant though!

Awesome place for kids and adults alike. Kids can enjoy the hot spring heated slides and pool. Adults can enjoy the hot spring facilities enhanced with spa jets designed to target different parts of the body. My only hesitation to say more is because I'm afraid it'd become too popular and it'd be difficult for me to get a room and a good price next time!

its our favorite spa hotel in Jiaoxi.its location and spa facilities are amazing. usually we go there only for spa but this time we stay over night

I have been to Jiaoxi Hot Spring area for 50 more times. Its one of our favorite recreational areas close to Taipei. We stayed at many hotel there. But we always missed this one. I tell you its something amazing. Its so big spa and water park area all within premises of the hotel and whole complex is with healing natural bicarbonated (no smell) water. So you smim, you have time, you do various kinds of aqua-massage and at the same time you get natural treatment from this unique water with PH aroun 7, 5-8. Its fun for adults, its fun for kids, for big family.
Before we went into Spa world we also had lunch there.we loved the tastes of Chinese dishes. Fresh and yummy. Personnel is friendly and young.
P.S.you need a swimming cap to enter spa area so you buy it right there its only 1,5usd.

The hotel was very modern and clean. We stayed in a room on the 7th floor and it was very quiet. The breakfast that is included isn’t the most impressive but it has a few options for everyone. The hot pools are amazing and the slide, while a little slow, was pretty cool. I definitely want to stay here next time I go back to jaoxi.

One of the Best Hotel i have ever stay ! In terms of location, nice outlooks that is simplistic but very welcoming feeling and best are the HotSpring Swimming pool and Massage Pools plenty of it and it is heated pools jacuzzi and more. Wow and kids live that. Minimum stay should be 2N as then one can enjoy the Yilan Jiaosi Street and also The Art Spa Hotel Facilities...

Highly recommended for their spa. IMO they have the largest variety of spa massage equipment in an indoor and outdoor setting. They also have pools in the back for special soaks, (ie lavender, milk, citrus, etc.). You don't have to stay overnight but you will likely be so relaxed you will ×ant to take a nap before you drive off. Best spa place in that area IMHO.

A great place for families to stay.... But pity it doesn't offer the buffet breakfast anymore.
